I love the shop normally, but today, I had a horrible experience. The store was busy (as is a few days away from Christmas.. so it’s to be expected), but the staff (young lady) behind the till was so rude to not only myself but the other customers. I understand Christmas in retail is difficult, but we are spending our hard earned money on treats, and her attitude soured the whole thing. I might think twice next year before coming to purchase gifts for my kids stockings.

This store came to my rescue. I was looking for Thorntons chocolates which are very hard to find in Canada. No one seems to sell these in the Toronto GTA anymore. But I found them here and ordered a few boxes for Christmas ! They arrived in the mail, delivery was good after about 5 days from BC and the packaging was excellent. They even included a few British treats ! Thanks ! Definitely recommended!
Received my order of Jacobs Crackers very quickly - loving them....... Calgary seems to have difficulty in getting them in stock..... so pleased.... great service too........ I see you have Vegemite too........ yay......... a thankful Kiwi....
