The Chopped Leaf

Service is at par, no one seems happy to be at work. Location has definitely gone downhill, service and especially cleanliness. Washrooms are disgustingly. I will not be returning. I don’t normally write reviews, and I have been coming back for the sunshine wrap. Will definitely find another alternative.

I have very much enjoyed Chopped Leaf in past but my experience this past weekend was lack lustre at best. I always order a “create your own salad”. On Saturday, my lettuce was far from fresh and the 3 toppings that are allowed, before you are charged extra, well you couldn’t even see that I had any??? I understand shrinkflation but wow this was a bit much. I paid almost $15 for wilted lettuce and very few toppings. So very disappointed. Won’t come back.

The worst quesadilla ever. Might as well have eaten a cracker.

Staff all seemed miserable. Was not greeted, or thanked. Ordered a bold buffalo salad with chicken. Got home and received no chicken. In 38 weeks pregnant and did not have the energy to go back.

Should have gone to Chipotle next door.

Not a $16.78 bowl of food. Ingredients are sparse and do not seem fresh at all. The splattering of sauce really takes it out of what i was hoping would be a healthy-ish fast food lunch.

Customer service is lacking. I ordered a bowl and was served a salad. Looked nothing like the photo depicting the menu item. The server contradicted me and said I ordered the salad and would not back down nor apologize for any misunderstanding. Salad was slathered in dressing which was not expected again looking at the photo of that menu item. Won’t hurry back here.

Terrible salad. Mostly lettuce. Very few of the actual ingredients.

The customer service here sucks. I ordered a salad and a few other things. Within a minute, I changed my mind and asked the girl if she had started to make my salad.. she said no not yet. So I asked if I could cancel just the salad.. she said no once you place an order, you have to take it LOL are you kidding me? The next day I called the owner and she said you can come get your refund. How inconvenient!! The cashier that gave the refund the next day was not apologetic at all, in fact had an attitude! Never going here again.

The staff said the owner will not accept cash for a transaction…

I wouldn’t recommend going to this location - the owner is above everyone else apparently
