Hi I hope the owner sees this. We came into chopped leaf this past week and had a very poor experience. We had ordered bowls and we dined in. However the bowls were not even half full! We left hungry and disappointed as we use to live in white rock and frequently would visit the morgan crossing location and that was never the case. I hope this can be addressed with the staff and someone reaches out to me. As this does not sit right with me.

I ordered a Cobb salad bowl with steak from here through DoorDash. This was the absolute best bowl I’ve ever had. It was so fresh and generous portions. It is my new favorite. I highly recommend this bowl and this location. They take great care of their meals, even for delivery which I really appreciate. Omg the steak was so tender and so much flavour. Thank you Chopped Leaf for putting so much into your service!!

Tried phoning in an order multiple times and they never answer their phone. Lost out on lots of business because of it

Came here for lunch and was impressed with the service and food. Greeted by a male at the cashier who made sure we had what we needed and were satisfied. Would go back! Food was great too, lots of vegetarian options.
The salad was so fresh and delicious. I’ve been having hit or miss experience with this chain but everything was delicious today.

This isn’t my first time giving this location a chance but after today I will not be coming by anymore. I have not only experienced this today but in previous visits and have not said anything. Today I found a hair in my salad, as this has previously happened before. I think staff should be more caution when prepping food.
