I’m a regular customer at Chopped Leaf, and ever since I started ordering, I always go for either Coke Zero or Iced Tea Zero because I’m diabetic. But today, they gave me a regular Coke. I was really disappointed, so I called the store right away.
At first, the person I spoke to denied that they made a mistake. But I told them I’m not stupid I can read, and it clearly says regular Coke on the label. The employee I spoke with showed zero empathy. Not even a single apology. Instead, they got defensive and told me that “everyone is still learning.”
I understand that people go through learning phases, but messing up something as basic as a drink order especially for someone with a medical condition is not something you can just excuse with “we’re still learning.” First of all, reading a label isn’t rocket science. Second, as a staff member, it’s their responsibility to double-check the order before sending it out for delivery.
Food might seem like a small thing to them, but even a small mistake can be fatal. I didn’t get a refund, not even a proper apology. What if I decided to sue?

I find that the portion is smaller than other Chopped leaf or just smaller for the price I paid for. Items look so much different from what is advertised on the menu screen in terms of the portion. Hence, I think it is too expensive to eat here. Food is bland. Decoration of my serving is nice. Server is friendly.

The food is absolutely tasteless!
All the produce and ingredients don’t taste fresh they are probably buy in bulk and I am use to eat salad and this was the worst salad in my life ! The bill was $39 dollars for 2 salads and bitter lime water !

Been a regular at this chopped leaf for the past year and never have i been so disappointed with their service. the lady working today forgot our order and asked the other people if they wanted extra protein but didn’t bother asking me for anything extra and we waited DOUBLE THE TIME.
PLUS forgot my order completely when it was over 40$. and served the blonde Canadian and coloured people first and as a european i feel very bothered with her actions

Hi I hope the owner sees this. We came into chopped leaf this past week and had a very poor experience. We had ordered bowls and we dined in. However the bowls were not even half full! We left hungry and disappointed as we use to live in white rock and frequently would visit the morgan crossing location and that was never the case. I hope this can be addressed with the staff and someone reaches out to me. As this does not sit right with me.

I ordered a Cobb salad bowl with steak from here through DoorDash. This was the absolute best bowl I’ve ever had. It was so fresh and generous portions. It is my new favorite. I highly recommend this bowl and this location. They take great care of their meals, even for delivery which I really appreciate. Omg the steak was so tender and so much flavour. Thank you Chopped Leaf for putting so much into your service!!
