Extremely terrible experience with this place. The server we had was extremely rude and made our night absolutely awful. She was constantly MIA and when I finally went up to her asking that she stop at our table so we could place an order, she turned around and walked away. When I spoke to the manager on duty, he told me that he would see what to do about the server based on our bill. When I paid the bill and didn't tip, she came back to our table and told us that she would make sure that none of us would be served for the rest of the night. Will never be back to this place.

I have been coming here for 6 years and never had a bad experience. The Asian Waitress with tattoos was extremely passive aggressive and rude to me and my girlfriend and was nice and smiling and constantly checking up on everyone else. I regret giving a tip. I suspect this was racially motivated due to the other customers around me being Caucasian.

Turning away business. When they are busy they just wont let you in. We are locals and supported this pub even when they are dead. There are 8 bars within 5 kms radius of this one. Im sure they will love extra business. Good luck to these guys surviving in slow time, haha. Wont be coming back here to make a fool out of ourselves.

First time customer. I went to try the crab night and sat at the bar. The snow crab was over cooked and almost impossible to get out of the shell. It was a frustrating experience at best. Disappointing. The place looked dingy and unwelcoming and smelled musty like old beer. Too bad, someone's losing a lot of money here as this place could be more popular with the right management. Won't be back.
Lots of parking, but it's not maintained & landscape and front entry littered with garbage. Front entry so dark & unwelcoming it looks closed. Door security also bristles with unwelcome vibes. Most tables were reserved already 2 hrs before gametime. Bar sticky, loose, with gum underneath. YUCK! Nice view from balcony. Sent food back (not as ordered). After long wait, returned cold. Mediocre over-priced burger similar to Dairy Queen. Similar oreo cheesecake dessert as Browns Social House, but Browns is better. Washroom was clean. Service slow & inattentive but super aggressive about transitioning to dance club after the game. I'll never be back.

We have been going to Clayton pub for years !! The staff are always friendly and accommodating!! Tonight the new manager took time to ask how things were… he also opened up a section , just for us to watch the game ! Thank you for taking the time to ask for feedback.. the chicken tenders were delicious.. not the same but …… delicious!! Thank you Clayton!!!

We were just here tonight during their happy hour. Oct. 30/25. The service started ok then quickly went downhill. Spent $105. I paid our bill, didn't eat the food. The server made a comment that wasn't called for! I'm also in the food industry.
