Was there Sunday June 29. Terrible service, was there from 4-8pm and only got to order 3 drinks and one food item. Our waitress never checked on us, a few times I had to go and look for her to ask her to come to our table and even after that she will take a while. We order popcorn and food took 45 min. Then she did the last happy hour call, we order drinks and more food. Got my drink at 6:45 and asked for our food as well, she said she was going to check, 7:10 I asked what we happened to the food. She said thought you guys got it. I said to forget about it. She brought some popcorn to the table to apologize, and that was like 30 min later. We were beyond ourselves how terrible the service was. Inside of the restaurant was dead and a few tables outside were occupied and still got terrible service. Definitely will not go back.

Decent place, we went for the crab dinner, which was a really great deal for some decent crab. I was pleasantly surprised by their wine collection. Only thing id like to note, the place is pretty loud, which i expected, but my grandmother (who came for the crab dinner) was not expecting! Otherwise great, fast service and decent food

We often pass by the pub when taking my elderly father for a drive. This time we thought we would stop for lunch. We scaled the hill, including 4 switchbacks, with my dad and his walker only to be told the pub wasn't open yet. Could we not have been offered a seat for 20 minutes until you opened?

So we went there last night it was a Friday night, the doorman was awesome! Totally fun dude! We ordered drinks waitress was awesome also very quick very observant very awesome. Then we ordered the corn dogs and the ribs. The ribs weren't bad but the corn dogs should be taken off the menu they were terrible wieners with a crusty thing around them. We should have returned them I guess but we tried them and now we know. Also after a few drinks the entrance/exit is very dangerous to be honest. Lots of competition in Langley you've got to tweak the small stuff.
We had our lunch here and this place is nicely maintained and great ambience. We sat on patio which had heated tables and food was great. It was lovely time spent.

Food and drinks are great but when they start playing music it's way too loud, like I like music and dancing but we were literally leaning over the table yelling at each other and still couldn't hear the conversation. It's fine on a regular day but when it tries to turn into a club, I'm out.

We held a significant birthday celebration for my wife in the Horizon room for about 45 adults. The food, appetizers, buffet and desserts were excellent and the service was superb. The AV equipment supplied was great and overall it was a two thumbs up sort of evening.

We went as a group of 10 last night and had 3 different groups of friends that had reservations with room at their tables. The bouncers at the door refused to let us in to join our friend groups because the fights were on stating we needed to wait until the fights were over. They also proceeded to let 15-20 people that were lined up behind us inside before us. I have been coming to the Clayton for well over 10 years. I know all the servers on a first name basis. I have had my work Christmas party there before where I spent almost $8,000 in one night. I have had many nights there where I have spent thousands of dollars. I am so frustrated with the way we were treated last night that I will never return to the Clayton

If you want customers you need to let them in the door. We waited in line for over an hour lastnight and were first in the line. The bouncers let multiple people in before us. Horrible customer service. You’ve lost a group of 12 well paying customers that will never come here again. Word of mouth is a valuable marketing technique and we’ll be sure to spread the word to never frequent this poorly run establishment
