Great brunch spot. Nice ambience for all ages. We went for a birthday and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Very friendly. Food was great. Good options to choose from. Servers were available when we needed them and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. We were very pleased and will return.
Had probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bar last night. To preface, I’m all for tipping, IF you do something above and beyond your job description to make it worth it for me to give a tip. For certain bartenders working last night, they chatted me up, asked me about my day and in my eyes, deserved a tip. Levi did not do any of this, which is no big deal for a customer at an extremely crowded bar, but does not give me a reason to tip extra on top of the price I’m already paying. On the second time going up to the bar to order from this server, I was patiently standing there for 35-40 minutes without even being looked at. It took for one of my friends to come up to get an order in before me (after waiting no more than 3 minutes). After putting in her order she had asked what I wanted where the bartender then said “Not him, we don’t serve non-tipping customers here”. I am a paying customer spending tons of money here for a birthday. In what world is it mandatory to tip every time I go up to the bar when the bartender is cracking open a can of white claw and handing me the pay machine without speaking to me. I think the owners need to retrain their bartenders, fire them, or put a big sign out front saying tipping is required or you will not be served for the rest of the night.

Went there for a pint with friends on Remembrance Day. We asked for four different beers and they were out of all four. Surely not a case of coincidence but more like mismanagement.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The food wasn't bad, but service and atmosphere was unacceptable. Our server seemed to be on another planet, very forgetful and inattentive. There was also a mouse running around. We notified the server but we weren't offered a new table.

Did an Uber pickup (for myself) for sandwiches. Waited 30 minutes just for them to cancel the orders. Waste of time despite the girl at the counter telling me it would be coming out soon.

We came here for lunch. The was a mouse that ran across the floor and under a table. What concerned me was the lack of concern from the staff as though this were a usual occurrence. The staff just let it be which was concerning. Additionally, the service was awful. Slow and we had to ask for the same thing over and over again.
Cannot beat the weekend brunch!

Came out last night for the night life, it was awesome!! Although I will say the lady bouncer or whatever that was in the women’s washroom. It was so very strange, she wouldn’t let me and girlfriend use the same stall which is way faster so that more people can get in the washroom. As the line was getting very long and it’s such a small washroom. Then 2 girls in the stall beside me broke a glass, so I notified the girl guarding the washroom. She asked me if it was me, I politely repeated the other girls broke a glass and that should be your main concern right now. As people are walking around with open shoes and such. She didn’t really seem to care and when I came back the next time, I ended up in the stall with the broken glass. Still all shattered and no one felt the need to clean it up. I’ve worked in many restaurant/ bars and that is absolutely not ok. I should’ve talked to a proper staff member, because it made me very angry nothing was being done about it. Someone could’ve ended up injured or worse.
I hope your establishment will take this seriously.
Also why do you have a lady guarding the women’s washroom and not one in the men’s washroom? It’s all very strange to me and that part of it would make me think twice about coming back. Still an awesome place but all that was a little disappointing.
On top of that, one of the bartenders tried to cut my friend off. She wasn’t even close to being tipsy and it was her BIRTHDAY. She came to me all upset, so we went and talked to the outside bouncer and he told us not to worry he would get it figured out. It was just such a weird experience.
I have emailed, no response.

Horrible experience they didn't let me in even with a stamp after letting in my VERY drunk friends that I was trying to keep my eye on without letting in any of the sober people in. I also have multiple friends that were drugged here horrible staff service and atmosphere.
