OMG FANTASTIC... My last visit was as fulfilling and nostalgic as last time I was here. Superb service, quality, tasty food. I had my fav prime rib - always satisfying, garlic mashed potatoes, pinot Noir, escargot mushrooms, crème Brulee, very eager, presentable staff. I just wish we had one near where I live now. Top marks, even the take out box was properly organised with meat, mashed, and container of au jus.

I know never order the chicken at a steak house! I don't eat steak because I can't do the texture of chewy meat. Unfortunately they cook the blackened chicken just like they cook their steak. It hardly had a crisp to the skin, there was a small area that had been "blackened" but it was essentially chewy and I ended up leaving it off to the side. I had a single bite of the chicken and it was so chewy it squeaked in my teeth while I tried to chew it. Similar to eating chicken that was partially cooked and then frozen and reheated in a microwave texture, absolutely disgusting. The veggies were great and full of flavour but I ended up taking my chicken home to hopefully be able to cut up and fry it up into a stir-fry or something. Ended up having a very expensive plate of veggies for supper but we were at family event and the servers were really great so I didn't want to make a fuss about it.Definitely ask for the chicken to be cooked well done if you end up ordering it! The salmon looked really good, I should have just went with that or just got the mac and cheese!

Pretty good, had 20z rib(eye?), sirloin, and a sirloin with lobster.Ribeye was good. Tender, a lot of flavor. Cooked wellSirloin was also pretty good, also cooked well.Sirloin and lobster was also good, lobster was small and mashed potatoes were grainy and had lumps of potato in it.When I told our waiter about the mashed potatoes, he shrugged it off and said they made it all in one batch in a machine.

This is about the 4th year we have been going there and in the last 2 it was extremely dissapointing. It is not that it is the Keg like that, it is the location. Willingdon, Park Royal one or in Whistler village even are the best locations in every way. But this surrey location is very dissapointing. Last year and so is this they are doing it confusing way with the stake. Every other restaurant I went before and ordered stake medium rare, and it was a perfection. Pink inside. When you cut it you may have a little bloody juice come out but not much, just perfect. Here in this location if you order medium rare it will be red in the middle. It will be not medium rare, it will be just rare... just this location. So I had to order medium and hope for the best and it was just like medium rare everywhere else. So that is a big warning for those who like medium rare stakes. This year we don't know what happen but they had such a bad atmosphere there. The lighting was all wrong, disorienting even, it was loud as if you are in a public lunch room with tons of people and music was loud as well. We couldn't hear each other at one table we were sitting at we had to raise our voices as if we are in the club of some sort. Then we waited for the food for 50 minutes to get to us. It should have been one out dinner and turned out to be 2. They brought one appetizer ordered by half of the party some time in the middle of the waiting but not the other appetizer ordered by the other person till all the food was brought eventually. Then when they did so the first time, the brought two tiny forks for one escargot, which is great - two people share it and all good. The second escargot when it arrived for my husband to have with French onion soup he didn't got a fork. My mom wanted to live even before the food got there and it was her birthday. So I had to cancel cake slice, then dad talked us into staying and having a slice of cake and I reordered that one... but we were extremely happy getting out of there the moment cake was over and the bill was paid. The quietness outside near a busy road and fresh air was a bliss from the sky. A good restaurant should never feel like that. And I thought it was just me but mom kept saying she wants to run from there. The atmosphere there was just so bad and the loud music and people it was way too overwhelming and disorienting for 3 out of 4 adults at our table. So we will definitely not come back to that location again that is for sure. We weren't even going to give it a chance this year because we wanted a Hillingdon location but we booked too late for a 8 people group and the willingdon was booked already and 2 people didn't make it and it was too late to switch locations. But we would just reserve next time earlier at Willington or somewhere else entirely.Parking: It is right in front and free with lots of space.

Went with a group of 7. Everyone enjoyed their meals, except for one thing. Been there many times and the caesar salad was always good. This time it was pretty bland. I may not get the classic meal again

We just enjoyed a lovely dinner at The Keg on Scott Rd in Surrey. Our waiter was awesome. Unfortunately I've forgotten his name. He was very attentive and brought out our food in a timely manner after our appetizer. He is a fabulous server. The hostess who showed us to our table was friendly and outgoing. We thoroughly enjoyed our Keg experience

The food is amazing but the service and friendliness is what keeps us coming back for every family celebration. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and cared for and make for a wonderful experience.

The Keg is set up for gouging out your hard earned cash in exchange for low quality, meager proportions of main dishes or appetizers. This place is for casual drinkers to meet only. The price in the food menu is highly exorbitant. Small one piece of New Zealand farmed salmon costs $40 before taxes! Don't waste your time or hars earned money here.

Went with my parents and my husband for a birthday celebration. The food is always delicious, the waiter was very attentive, it was accessible for my disabled father, and they were very patient with us and even sent us home with a second billy miner pie for free!

The food was perfect ! We had a big group and Our server D was top notch! Friendly, took time to make sure our orders were exactly as wanted them, patient with all ages we had at the table, kept the drinks coming, he was the star of the night for us! Loved it

Our waiter was fantastic. Only complaint was the noise level. TOO NOISY!!! Be reserved early to avoid that and it didn't matter. It was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak! There should be some sound absorbing tiles on the ceiling at least.
