Have been here many times, usually for coffee and their delicious muffins. I now find that their prices are a little over the top; $17.95 for a half a sandwich and tiny bowl of soup. The (in-house roasted) chicken sandwich had a sliver of chicken, and was mostly iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. There is a lovely patio, and the staff is very nice, but it’s unlikely I’ll return. I’m happy to pay the price for good quality food, but unfortunately Sunflower Cafe no longer fits...
It's a good spot for coffee, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a full meal. We had breakfast there, and it cost as much as dining at a proper restaurant, but the food was disappointing. I ordered the veggie panini, and my wife had the early breakfast — we didn’t even finish half of our meals. I’d return for coffee and maybe a small snack from the shelf, but I’d skip the full meals next time.

1) As I was about to add my review, it hit me that my sandwich (chicken "panini") was possibly on the wrong bread and/OR was definitely not pressed as a panini. Why didn't I realize this when I was there? Well tbh I LOVE focaccia so I was so excited when I saw that, I didn't even think twice until I saw the menu again online before this review. Despite this, sandwich was good.
