Terrible food (pizza was dripping in oil and the chilli smelt like animal food and tasted off), no communication between staff which leads to horrible service (you have to ask 3 different people for the same thing and they still mess it up). The tables and chairs were super wobbling, which made eating and drinking even more of an “experience”. Most of the staff was either on their phone or talking to one another while we waited for food, drinks and even our bill. I appreciate them taking the chilli off my bill, but that’s what any place would do. The drinks are also inconsistent, my table ordered multiple of the same alcoholic drinks and each time they looked drastically different and tasted different. Make sure if you’re coming here, you’re already drunk….

Food is good. I had the pulled pork with sweet potato fries and the steak bites. Everything was really tasty and cooked to perfection. Prices are ok, not too expensive but not too low either. Food comes out quickly so you don’t have to wait too long. Thank

Horrible bouncersDon't know a thing they are doing.I see this is an ongoing issue as there are lot more reviews out here reporting the same.These people need to learn to do better but i highly doubt that.

The place was fun, we were planning to bring more friends here next time, we loved the crowd and the energy...untill, the Indian big beard short doorman started troubling us. He seemed not a fan of people who are born outside this country and said some bad words. (I understand people donot respect there own roots personally, but atleast should respect professionally, whole surrey is full of Indians, he will eventually have to learn how to fix his brain some day.) He called another staff member and convinced him to take our friend out of the place. Upon being asked the reason, he and other door people had no answer. Because I had to drive, I had no drinks and was fully aware of the situation, unlike few of the staff persons smoking themselves. If anybody in my group, would have done something wrong, I myself would have took them home. But no, none of us did anything, that could lead them to kick anyone of us out. I tried my best to softly ask and enquire the reason of kicking our friend out, they had none. Afterall, the place is for public, but few staff members behave like this place is there personal kingdom. They spoiled our night. A few people with lack of education, spoil the name of whole community, just like the indian staff member. I would request the authorities to reevaluate their staff and retrain them on diversity and inclusion. Canada is an accepting country and everybody should be invited at your place. In case, some particular part of the community is not welcomed, please put a board outside your place. We were behaving so decent and enjoying ourselves, your staff spoiled our experience forver it was my birthday night.Food and drinks were good, but the vibe is bigotry, hence nothing is good anymore.

Had a great time at the Taphouse ( formerly at one time the Mirage Night Club) on Valentine's Day with my Son and friends who Serenaded all the ladies and gentlemen.Excellent food/Drink specials and loved the Karaoke night Wednesday February 14/24

The manager chad is so disrespectful. it was absolutely appalling seeing how he treated one of the employees there. don't ever step foot into this establishment until they get a new manager.
We had a wonderful experience. All the servers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The menu is great with lots of variety. The food was awesome. We will definitely be back. Thanks.

Wish I could love this place but food was mediocre , service was very slow and it wasn’t that busy for a Friday night . Nice place though and vibe is there . Maybe I will give it one more chance , could have been an off night for the chef and servers . But definitely didn’t live up to its hype . Sorry to

We had a party of 4. We got a table and we're waiting for our last member. Bouncer denied our friend entry saying his lulu lemon pants didn't meet dress code policies. These were classy neutral color joggers. Absolutely nonsense. We all left to go elsewhere. Outside the bouncer starts getting aggressive and swearing at our friend for being told off on his ego and poor decision making. This nonsense dress code policy might be the only thing upscale about this place.
