I was looking forward to a healthy snack while on the road last week, and this place was such a disappointment.

From the outside, you couldn’t even tell it was open. All the lights were off, the inside was bare- it wasn’t inviting at all.

I ordered a chocolate mint ‘smoothie’. The flavour was spot on, but it wasn’t a smoothie. It was liquid, the consistency of milk. And the whole bottom of the cup was just a pile of chocolate chips which I couldn’t eat with my straw.

I can’t speak to anything else on the menu, but based on my first experience, I won’t be in a rush to come back.

BEWARE: NOT HALAL!!! DISHONEST/UNRELIABLE BUSINESS!! I went to this business in March 2025 initially, I had called before driving there to ask if their meat was halal and I was told by a female employee that ALL their meat was halal. When I got to the business that same day, I asked the same female employee to confirm what I was told on the phone. The female employee confirmed a 2nd time that in fact ALL their meat was halal. I ended up ordering 1 chicken meal and ate it. Then a month later I decided to go to the business again, thinking their meat was halal. Once again, I asked the same female employee whether their meat was halal. This time the employee said ONLY THE BISON was halal. I asked her when they changed from halal meat to not halal meat and she told me 1 year ago. I told her that is ridiculous considering that 1 month ago she herself told me that ALL the meat was halal and on that basis I had not only ordered a chicken meal but ate it. For context, I have always eaten halal meat my whole life, and because of the incompetence/dishonesty/disrespect of this employee and the owners of this establishment, now I've eaten non halal meat for the first time in my life, purely because I was lied to. This establishment/business had no idea about halal protocols, has no respect for another's religion and makes no effort to provide honest advertisement. They are providing inconsistent information ie MISINFORMATION. They are absolutely NOT TRUSTWORTHY, and to any Muslim consumers out there, I would HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST buying any food at this business nor supporting them. I'm quite disgusted at their ignorance and their inability to understand the scale of their mistake. AS A MUSLIM CONSUMER, WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS UNRELIABLE/DISHONEST/DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS!!!! NOT HALAL!!

As a busy realtor constantly on the go, finding time to cook healthy meals used to be a struggle—until I found Whole bowl ! Their meal prep service has been a total game-changer for my schedule and my health. What really stands out is their consistency and attention to detail. Every delivery is on time, and the packaging is super convenient (a big plus when you're running between showings). I’ve even recommended them to a few clients who are moving into new homes and looking for stress-free meal solutions.

Highly recommend to anyone who wants to save time without sacrificing quality. Keep up the great work

Was visibly very busy for the staff as they had multiple people sitting in to eat/standing waiting for their meal when I came to pick up.

They have a nice big sign that cannot be missed to pick up!

Recommended dishes: Greek Bowl, Smokey Peri Bowl - No Guacamole, Chicken Club

I had an awkward experience visiting this place for the first time. I placed an online order for a smoothie, which allowed me to track the progress, but when I arrived for pickup, I was completely ignored. The staff never acknowledged me, even though they had time to do so. I stood there for 10 minutes before someone finally asked what I was waiting for—only to find out my smoothie had been ready the whole time. Meanwhile, the online tracker still showed it wasn’t ready. No one wants to give business to a place that makes customers feel unwelcome. I won’t be coming back.

If there is a pick up orders sign it should be clear enough for customers to see and not hidden. If it was missed it was not obvious. If you see a customer that’s obviously waiting for something an acknowledgement shouldn’t take that long.

We came to your South Surrey store tonight ordered two bowls and two choc pb smoothes and it wasnt cheap $52. My bowl was uneatable! The chicken was hard& old there was barely any rice and a sprinkle of sauce. Really bad. My husbands was just as bad we both threw it away. Both our smoothies were passable but watery. I have ordered smoothies and bowls in other places as well made my own. I can honestly say these were the worst Ive ever had. We were so hopeful as we live nearby but we will not be back! Tried to send you a direct message instead of going so public but there is no where lodge a complaint!

The guy and gal that work there are really nice. I enjoy the creamy cali bowl and order often. Ive never had anything wrong with my order and the food is tasty/fresh.
