Absolutely unacceptable service at this Tim Hortons location. The staff, especially the girls working at the counter, were speaking in their own language and clearly making fun of guests — extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It was uncomfortable and humiliating. I expect basic courtesy and respect as a customer, and this visit was anything but that.
This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the brand. I will think twice before returning to this location. Tim Hortons needs to take action and ensure their staff treat every customer with dignity, regardless of background.
Extremely disappointed.

🥐 Caramel Toffee – Rich, buttery, and indulgent. A total treat. 🍯 Honey Cruller – Light, airy, and melts in your mouth. Classic perfection. 🥬 Spinach Pastry – Flaky, warm, and savory. A tasty, balanced bite.

Vancouver is known as a very cold and impersonal city, however, nestled in Fleetwood, is a Tim Hortons where Navi provides a personal touch and a warm smile to all. Her ability to quickly establish rapport and provide outstanding service is extraordinary. Her upbeat attitude first thing in the morning is a pleasure to see. The tea served is unlike other Tim Hortons. Always delicious and soothing to the soul.

Used to go to Tim's regularly when they had oatmeal. Since they stopped serving oatmeal I rarely go to Tim's. Maybe for a doughnut. McDonald's is cheaper. McDonald's coffee and a muffin I get. 3.15$

We had placed a mobile order for pickup , all of farmers breakfast were burnt , we asked for replacement but they only replaced 3 out of 5 after asking them so many time
The worst coffee I’ve ever had and I LOVE Tim hortons. It was so sad. Idk if the milk was bad or what but it was not normal

1- Why do I always have to go back and ask for napkins, a fork, or a spoon after receiving my order? 2- Is there a seemingly Indian guy in the delivery area who isn't covering his beard? Should he wear a mask since he's handling food?
