I had an unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons location .The service felt rushed and not very welcoming. My order was not handled with the level of care I usually expect, and overall the interaction made me feel disappointed as a customer. Also,some employees have bad attitude and i think her name is joti. I came here couple of times ,she don’t behave properly with customers at all.
I hope management can look into improving customer service so guests feel respected and valued.

This Location is a nightmare,Staff don’t know how to talk to customers,They speaking different languages and laughing with each other while taking customers,I was served by a girl name KHUSHI,She is very rude while serving,she is cracking jokes with other girl,which seems disrespectful towards their job and customer,Its look like very unprofessional,,Owner of this location have to give her proper training so she will behave with customers..

Today, I visited Tim Hortons during my 15-minute break and ordered a bagel with butter. Instead, I was given a bagel with cream cheese. Because I was hungry and short on time, I had to return to get the correct order.
When I informed the staff member about the mistake, she began raising her voice at me and insisted it was not her fault. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional. After I walked away, she continued speaking loudly in Punjabi at the back. I believe her name may be Kushi or Beant.
This experience made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. I kindly request that you address this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.
