Vancouver is known as a very cold and impersonal city, however, nestled in Fleetwood, is a Tim Hortons where Navi provides a personal touch and a warm smile to all. Her ability to quickly establish rapport and provide outstanding service is extraordinary. Her upbeat attitude first thing in the morning is a pleasure to see. The tea served is unlike other Tim Hortons. Always delicious and soothing to the soul.
Used to go to Tim's regularly when they had oatmeal. Since they stopped serving oatmeal I rarely go to Tim's. Maybe for a doughnut.
