THE MOST STUPID ONE I HAVE EVER SEEN.....

I waited half an hour in the beverage and baked goods line just to get a coffee and a bagel, BUT they told at the counter that if I wanted my bagel toasted, I had to leave and go wait in an entirely different line... !!!!!!!!

This makes absolutely no sense and is beyond frustrating. It’s a complete waste of customers’ time and shows zero respect for people who have already waited so long...

I don’t like this Tim, despite the location is really good but there is old lady as a cashier, its really difficult to explain things to her, last time I came I explained her the right she said this thing doesn’t exist. Even she have some hearing problem also.

I ordered using the app for pick up, when I arrived at the store I was trying to ask a lady if I could get my order because I saw it was at the counter but she just looked at me and went away. I've been standing there for more than 8 minutes and still no one dares to ask what do I need. I can clearly see two of the staffs less than a meter away from me, talking to each other like I do not exist. One Filipina lady that has tattoo on the arm came to give an order and tried to ask if I could pick up my order but she just look at me and walk pass by went to the other coworker and started to chitchat again. I always use the mobile app for pick up because it's convenient but, the way these people treat customers made it unpleasant early morning experience and is very unacceptable. I hope the management find a way to retrain these people. They shouldn't have been working on a customer service if they are not willing to help.

Tim Hortons Guildford Mall has been consistently good every time I visit. The staffs are friendly, the service is quick even during busy hours, and my coffee and food always come out fresh. Well managed location. Highly recommend.

The staff is working very slow. Customers have to wait soo long. It is really annoying. Owner should hire more productive employees we waited for soo long and even did not get what we wanted👎👎 completely disappointed.
