I ordered (the the Tim’s app) a medium Candycane WHITE hot chocolate and they gave me a candycane HOT chocolate. I didn’t realize it until I left and had 2 sips.
I wouldn’t have given this a 1 star just because of that BUT the supervisor was rude.
I also ordered a black tea and it was really hot so I asked for an extra cup (they charge 10 cents for a cup but it doesn’t give you an option on the app so we asked if we can have one and she said it was going to be an additional charge. We said it didn’t give us that option on the app so that’s why we didn’t do it so if we can just have the cup.
Sage gave us the cup and we said whatever and paid for it BUT she didn’t believe is and was holding our PRE PAID DRINK HOSTAGE!!!

I know it’s not her choice to charge extra for the cups but it’s 10cents (not that serious) and why she didn’t believe we would pay the 10 cents IDK cause we already paid $8 for our drinks!

Hello there is this thing called a hockey challenge and when ever I get something right it never gives me points for it and yesterday I spent 20 bucks here and I got 25 points it’s not right and it’s really slow in line and my friend ordered 10 pack

I wouldn’t even prefer to give them one star, whenever i come to this place always have to wait for a long time, too slow service even today i asked for double sugar in my ice coffee it is very common thing to understand that i asked to put more instead of regular but i got almost 0 sugar when i asked that lady started arguing with me that was so insulting in front of this much people totally waste of money don’t even have good behaviour

Customer service was poor. While taking order representative was making face expressions as she was not happy to take the order, I would really appreciate if staff should value their customer and shouldn't make facial expressions while answering to customer concerns .

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star i can’t lie, i go here almost every morning to grab my coffee and bagel and it’s never usually taken as long as it has these past few times i’ve been there. I stand in the line amongst other people for 20 minutes minimum, they are so understaffed and the staff that is working there isn’t taking any customers? Finally when they start taking people they are just flat out rude, don’t say hi, had a girl roll her eyes at me, pathetic.
