I have never had any issue at the store in the last 6 years. Very friendly staff, and always best quality food and drinks. But recently, the store stopped buying almond milk. And this has been happening for months now. I kept coming and asking for months because I like to take my coffee only with almond milk from my favorite store. But, unfortunately, the store doesn't seem to be flexible when it comes to customer satisfaction. Thanks for your wonderful services, contagious smiles and warm hospitalities. I don't plan to come to your store anymore. 🙏🙏🙏

It seems the staff aren’t very familiar with their own recipes. Very often, when I order a Pumpkin Spice Latte or Baileys Latte, they just make me a regular latte. When I point this out, they ask, "Should I just add whipped cream?" Am I supposed to know that for you?

I wanted order some desserts. The young India female cashier’s English hard to understood. She just charged me $35 without receipts and only gave me some Doughnuts and some type I didn’t wanted to ordered. I requested don’t repeat order same type, she keeps saying some they don’t have need wait to 15 mins, I keep clarifying that just order what they have… and an old Asian doesn’t know what happened and just wanted to help her colleague to keeping me out. She said, just give her receipt and let her go. When I saw my receipt I realized that she didn’t give me 9 Muffins yet. And I don’t need 9 muffins. It’s hard to communicate with her, so I just took them which not I wanted but she already charged me.
The another problem is she charge me 9 muffins and only gave me 6 muffins and with another 3 doughnuts. 12 doughnuts for $13 and Muffins is $2.49 for each. Average doughnuts should be $1.16, she gave me 3 of $1.16 product instead 3 of $2.49. Including tax, I lost $4’ and wrong products.
She can ask my what I want then charge me. Not charge me first then gave me what she want to sale. It’s easy….
customers need. Very bad experience in this store. Highly not recommended.

People working at Tim these days don’t even know the difference between coffee and Tea I guess . I ordered steeped tea but got coffee instead, lol . Good job Tim Hortons.

Had the most AGGRAVATING phone call...

Just wanted to ask a simple question of "do you accept early TGTG pickups?" Got met with "you need to order on the app"...Yes I know. Same question. "We don't do mobile order for TGTG you need to order on the app".......girl. EVEN MORE nonsense of talking about random stuff.
I JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF YOU DO EARLY PICK UPS FOR TGTG.

Had the phone handed off to someone else (rude beratement in the BG during handoff just cause you don't understand the question). Some more questioning before finally getting my answer.....no 🙃

This place is always a disappointment. Tim Hortons next to them in gas station is far better. This Tim Hortons never have their doughnuts ready in the morning. This morning the ladies were soo curious figuring out the price of Halloween mugs and cups while preparing my coffee and it didn’t turn out to what I ordered; it was bitter. And the lady didn’t bother to let me know it was ready; just left it on the counter and continued with their Halloween business.

Friendly staff here, but they forgot to add the espresso shot that we paid for.
2024 update, staff really not friendly. My phone accidentally ordered from another location 5km away, and the staff here were not friendly. I told them I was walking and they asked me to leave the store.

Incompetent? Lazy? I don't know what it is.

Order contained 3 things. 1 farmers wrap, 1 farmers breakfast sandwich, and one hash brown.

1st - tried to give me two wraps and a hash brown
2nd - tried to give me a wrap and the wrong breakfast sandwich
3rd - lazily put a hash brown into a breakfast sandwich, called it a farmers one and didn't put on any sauce.

I unfortunately didn't check the 3rd time and went home with the wrong item. I called and spoke to manager Priya at 1:20pm on Sept 14, same day it happened and she assured me I could get a full refund (which I hadn't expected). Great. She said I could come tomorrow, or any time I could make it. I came back today, Sept 19, at 4:40pm and Priya was not in. Considering Priya said she took my info (why else would she ask for it???) and put it aside for when I come in I didn't think I'd have any issue...

Of course, no one had any idea about this, didn't just deal with it, told me that even though I used a reward I couldn't get that back either.

I'm going to save myself a further headache trying to get this refund and just avoid this place like the plague.

So happy to have wasted my time dealing with this place, driving to and from, and writing this dumb review.

Yawn, do better. Ugh.

Finally, a good Tim Hortons location. My daughter went in there to get an item and they actually carried it! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very inviting. A lot of other Tim Hortons locations could learn from this one, with regards to customer service and a highly functioning business model.
