I visited on New Year’s Day around 5 PM. Most of the staff were rude, except for one person—his name might be Leo. He was very kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate his service. I usually don’t write reviews, but his excellent attitude made me want to share this. Leo provided excellent service; unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not.

Staff was paying no attention to customers at all ignoring me even when I was ordering. Although the order was correct but I think they should work a little on their attitude towards their customers.

Nice Tim Hortons with a very relaxed vibe. We really like that the parking isn’t strict and you can stay as long as you want. It’s a good spot to hang out, chill, and socialize with friends. You can also smoke outside without being bothered. Overall, a comfortable and laid-back place.

I only drop by here now and then on Saturdays after stopping at a clinic or restaurant nearby. Saturday mornings can get busy, but there’s almost always space to stay. People dining alone come and go, while groups seem to stay a bit longer. The service and drinks are good. 👍
Tims has free parking. There are also lots of other places close by if you want to explore, and Guildford Town Centre is right out front. 👍👌

My wife purchased a large coffee with 2 cream for me and other items. The coffee given to her was sweet as I've come to find out. After dropping my wife at work, I returned to the store to exchange my coffee. The 'supervisor' would not exchange the coffee stating that she doesn't remember me or my wife coming in hahah. Said she remembers every customer that comes in.

Extremely pathetic and rude. Supervisor, washroom kept locked, while serving food in flu season, employees touching their face, worst tim Hortons location in Surrey,

I haven't been to Tim's in awhile. I went to this location today and got a Turkey Bacon club, when did they change the buns, they used to be soft. Mine was so dry it was falling apart. So disappointing

Speak slowly or you won’t get what you ordered, the one who works with the food just throws your food on the counter like the Wild West

Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered about $15 worth of food, and when I asked for a small cup of water for my 9-month-old baby, the lady who seemed to be the manager told the cashier to charge me 10 cents for it. That’s just rude and unnecessary. It’s not about the money — it’s about basic decency and kindness. I couldn’t believe how heartless that felt, especially when it was for a baby. I’ve always liked Tim Hortons, but after this experience, I’m honestly reconsidering coming back to this location.

Baker is late in the morning.
If you go there around opening time, don't expect anything to be ready...
Slow service
