I have never had any issue at the store in the last 6 years. Very friendly staff, and always best quality food and drinks. But recently, the store stopped buying almond milk. And this has been happening for months now. I kept coming and asking for months because I like to take my coffee only with almond milk from my favorite store. But, unfortunately, the store doesn't seem to be flexible when it comes to customer satisfaction. Thanks for your wonderful services, contagious...
It seems the staff aren’t very familiar with their own recipes. Very often, when I order a Pumpkin Spice Latte or Baileys Latte, they just make me a regular latte. When I point this out, they ask, "Should I just add whipped cream?" Am I supposed to know that for you?
Finally, a good Tim Hortons location. My daughter went in there to get an item and they actually carried it! The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very inviting. A lot of other Tim Hortons locations could learn from this one, with regards to customer service and a highly functioning business model.
