Most of time I can deal with the low level service, not so good food but today I got a scrambled egg box. The hashbrowns were rock hard like they had been sitting for a long while. I just don’t understand how you serve inedible food? Terrible service, dirty location!

I visited there today morning, there was girl at the window her name was Rajveer, I was quite impressed with her customer service and the way she treated her customers is next level. She always has a smile when she talks to me, and I take that as a positive sign.

I really took the time and asked for their names, Flora and Rosana, who provided more than just the usual drive-thru experience, taking the time to chat and make my day. Their kindness were noticeable, and I will definitely be back. I wish more establishments would follow their example because they wouldn’t know the difference it makes into once life. Enough of ordering from this Tim Hortons now ! Ordered my Tea through drive through one day and it tasted like trash. But I didn’t complained thinking that it’s okay, everybody makes mistakes. I’m working in customer service from last 5 years so I understand it very well that not everyday is yours. But I’m writing a review when same thing happened for fourth time. I ordered for a farmers breakfast wrap and please see the picture of the wrap they served. It wasn’t even closed properly and inside the wrap was horrible. It can be served Much better ! And again my Tea tasted like yuck today.
The staff was so unhygienic. The cashier kept cleaning and made me repeat my order 3 times. The bagel i received had water on it. The hot chocolate was not even mixed. My first sip and i got all powder in my mouth. The staff was unhygienic. One of the staff was fighting over the mispronunciation of her name. Highly unprofessional. Never coming here again.

Went through drive thru this morning and we ordered drinks and 2 sausages farmer wrap. The girl at the window asked us to pull to the side to wait for our wraps. It’s been 15 minutes so I went in and asked for our wraps. The few younger employees who didn’t take our order said they already gave it out but I was trying to explain I went through drive thru but thankfully the older lady said she’ll make it. Not a sorry once from the staff.
If your going to make us pull over to the side please don’t forget🥲
