The staff is really bad the girl in drive thru maybe her name is harpinder was very rude and seems very tired to take the order and when we asked for the coffee to be warm again she got angry and give us something else at the place of coffee by very rude manner

For the morning workers here pls be patient to the customer not the way your face can't be painted,and not to be rude to the customer and check your offer and asked nicely.you supposedly be considerate to the customer but your gossiping to the customer

This is the worst Tim Hortons ever! I come here all the time and I ask for a wrap with 2 pieces of cheddar cheese and them and today I was told they don’t do that and they never have, they basically lied to my face and told me to talk to a manager called HARNEET!!! This is so unfair because that’s all my daughter eats in a wrap and they said NO and sent me away and made look like I was a lier! The picture you see is from another location and they just gave me what I asked for.

I have just bought a cup of coffee, and then asked for sleeve, then they just said they didn’t have. So I asked for an extra cup as an alternative, then they said they would charge for it. How ridiculous it is??

In the morning just few minutes ago took steeped tea (triple triple) and everything begal from drive through. Idiots working there didn’t added single sugar in the tea and very very less herb&garlic spread in the begal. Spoiled my entire day. Disgusting service. Fire them and hire some professionals.

They advertise the loaded bowls, but do not even carry them. When I questioned the drive-through attendant, she was rude to me. What a joke of a location. The management must have their heads up you know where.
