I had an extremely distressing experience at Tim Hortans today. While I was using the washroom, an employee unlocked the door and opened it while I was still inside. I was humiliated and caught completely off guard. What’s worse is that the employee didn’t offer a single word of apology. Instead, they acted as though I was somehow inconveniencing them showing clear attitude and no accountability for what had just happened and being dismissive towards me. That level of unprofessionalism is shocking.

I find Tim Horton's that the ones taking the orders need to stop. Say can you repeat your order. Aloso check your order amd make sure you are getting what you ordered. At the window, the server trys to shove your food in your face and not give you time to put your wallet away ( rude behavior).

Went around 9:40pm Christmas Day, I asked for medium steeped tea 2 cream & 3 sugar. It tasted like it had 1 sugar only so we decided to go inside to ask for sugar packets. While waiting for someone to acknowledge us, the girl working in the drive thru dropped the cup on the floor and still proceeded to use it for a customer’s drink. Should have used a new cup.
I went there today 25 of dec and there was an indian girl she just put the cup in from of us and there was nothing written on the cup and she didn’t care to tell us that it’s my coffee and we were just waiting there for it and she just ignored us and after few minutes she came and ask us are you waiting for something else and her tone was sooo mean and full of attitude I don’t know why….. I didn’t like her attitude towards me…..

My and friend I ordered two iced coffee today at tim hortons 88 ave and the girl who was on the call for drive through was too rude. It looks like she was in rush even she didn’t take our order properly. I suggest you to speak politely and have patience for your growth.
