This location constantly gets orders wrong. Today, I ordered two coffees and one white hot chocolate. The coffees were fine, but instead of the hot chocolate, I was given a coffee with 3 creams and 3 milks. I only noticed when I opened it to give to my child. The store wasn’t even busy, so there’s no excuse for this kind of mistake. It’s happened to us many times, and it’s very frustrating. We’re paying for the right product, but the staff don’t seem to pay attention. If things don’t improve, we’ll stop coming to this location altogether.

bad customer service they will make substitutions on your orders with out asking you first and then get mad when you complain that is not what you paid for some one needs to re train the staff at this location or pull the plug on it

“I always enjoy visiting this Tim Hortons! The food is fresh, the coffee tastes just right, and the service is quick and friendly. I especially like their quinoa rice bowls with chicken — they’re tasty, filling, and balanced, perfect for a healthy meal on a busy day. This location is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I've ever been to. Service is bad, place seems understaffed. They also received an order and claimed they cancelled it but didn't receive any notification. So came over to be told there's no order ready for me.
All in all, if you can, avoid this place.

Slowest Tims ever. Its not like they dont have staff shortage or anything. Been here 3 times and its the same experience every time. This time it took me 20 min to place the order and then another 10 min for a bagel and coffee. One could have a breakfast in Cora in 30 min.
