Services is awful in this location highly understaffed and manager is full of herself. Rest of the staff are hard working but it is so understaffed that you will end up waiting for 10 minutes for a coffee.

I ordered on the mobile app some food for my kids, went there, waited with the kids. There were 5 people working and no wait but no one seemed to be working on food, so I went up to ask. Finally they told me they are not making food and also could not give my money back. To get money back I needed to call customer service myself. I had my phone out and they accused me of taking a video of the interaction and they will check the security camera to see if that’s the case, and if so it’s illegal on their premises. I showed them my phone that I did not take any video. So not only did they not apologize for the ordeal or offer to help, but threatened me in front of my kids. One worker said just give her a gift card and another one came around and told the cashier “no don’t give it to her”. After some time finally the manager came and gave me my money back on a gift card. A huge waste of time and effort, and in the end I took my kids elsewhere to eat.
Also the only reason I ordered on the app in the first place was that with my prior experiences here, that despite having quite a few workers they still took a really long time to do the order.

My fav Tim ever specially their manager Pautine. The only tim from where I love to get my veg wrap and the only Tim where I go because they never disappoint me.

This Tim Hortons is so slow. I was just here for tea. Ordered online, got there 10 mins later. Standing at the mobile pickup spot. No one was preparing the tea. Waited for another 10 mins, so I went to ask the workers. They then started to make my drink 🤷🏻♀️Also it’s so dirty. Tim’s, you need to do better!

I love this Tims, it’s a walk in so you must have patience because it’s also near a high school. Paulina and Laila are amazing at their jobs, rock star employees and I hope they never leave! So boss man/lady, don’t ever get rid of em or you’ll loose some good customers. 😉

I’ve gone 3 times this year and the average wait time for a plain bagel is 15 minutes from ordering to receiving. It’s literally faster for you to go to Nester’s market and make your own.

I went in to get a drink and a donut yesterday. I was served by a girl who seemed like a new hire. Because I have never seen her face before. Her attitude and facial expressions were so rude. She placed the drink on the table so aggressively. Without even acknowledging me. Horrible customer service!!!!
