Today, I visited the store in the morning and ordered coffee and donuts, the old chubby lady took my order . I got my coffee and had to wait for the donuts for 20 mins, no one bothered to ask me what was I waiting for. There was so much staff which was working on their own things. I had to go without the donuts in the end. If that lady does not know how to serve customers, then she needs training. This happens with me a lot which is why I had to complain.

I felt really frustrated while trying to place my order. The store was so unclean and messy that it was hard to even stand comfortably inside. It made the whole experience unpleasant. Although I managed to order, the environment really needs improvement as cleanliness and proper organization were clearly lacking.

had a fairly disappointing visit to this shop. The space was cluttered and packed with people, making it unpleasant to remain there for long. In addition, I ended up waiting about half an hour just to receive a coffee, which felt excessive. Although the staff were courteous, the lack of organization and extended delays really need to be addressed

I have been frequenting this Tim Hortons for quite some time, and everything is amazing. The food is delicious and it was given in a timely manner (I am especially fond of the honey crullers). The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, Pauline was also very helpful and considerative. I enjoyed my experience here very much and will continue to do so!
