What a scam by Tim Hortons franchise in Fraser heights

Classic breakfast sandwich combo with any coffee is $3 which shows on display and they charge sandwich and coffee separately which will cost more than it shows.

I questioned about the price , they gave it’s just advertising with arrogant.

So please use common sense in advertising and don’t scam people with false information.

Today I went to pickup my mobile order today at noon from this location. I was strongly dissatisfied with the service here. They had a full line to the door as the nearest high-school was on their lunch break and only had 2 people fulfilling orders. The woman that were working were moving horribly slow too, I've seen a sloth move faster! On my final note they did not include my donut in my order. I will not be visiting this location again.

I’ve never left this place feeling content. They are so slow and unorganized it makes me lose brain cells. They mess up my order almost everytime and I still have to wait at least up to 30 minutes eveytime. It’s nothing against the food but it’s everything against the workers.

The worker is really slow and they make me confuse on my order they remove drink and add a different order and didn't tell me but I like the drink and the food is really good.

I want to take a moment to recognize Marjorie for being such a fantastic part of the Tim Hortons team! I visited thursday night. I ordered a customized wrap and she made sure she get it just right. Not only that I am so proud of how hard working you are and your dedication do not go unnoticed, and I look forward to my next visit because of you!

We were served by 'Roha' today on Monday evening. I was upset this store didn't have my favorite bagel but Roha's amazing, patient and super awesome personality changed my whole experience. She was so patient while taking our order and she also made the best sandwich I have ever had at any Timmy's.
She deserves a good promotion.

I visited and was sadly dissatisfied with the food I purchased. The toasted bagel was with herb and garlic cream cheese. It was toasted but was crispy on the bottom. In the centre of the bottom and the top piece it was still doughy.
It was over all too chewy and after 3 bites hurt my jaw because of the intense chewing . Overall this was a very bad experience and I will not recommend it or go back.

I order food for delivery and they missing My coffee so I contact the delivery guy he told me the package was sealed so theres no way he will open to check ny order so I called store and told them what happened and they said they cannot do anything about it and she even said just pick it my coffee the point I did delivery cause i have zoom meeting thats why I cant drive to go there.Is it your job to double check the order before delivery and now I have to suffer for your mistake and spend another money for another delivery what kind of service u offer. look at your review It tells something about poor service. I was so disappointed and disgust how your crew said they cant to anything for me.
