Service is too slow . Even there is no one at store but the staff is continuously talking with each other instead of making food . I had waited for around 10-12 min only for bagel and croissant but 3 staff members are gossiping. I’m very disappointed from the service .

It was 1.00 pm on December 18, 2024. There was a long line up for ordering food or coffee. 4 associates were in the restaurant and only one counter was working. Looks like staff was testing patience of customers in the line up. Don’t have respect for others time.

The quality and service of Tim's is really going down day by day. The 3 employees who were tending the location each mentioned that they had no clue where stuff was. I was standing on the corner that indicated Mobile order pick up, but the staff said that mobile order pick up was actually on the opposite end, which had no indication of that.

i went to the tim hortons and took iced coffee it was really awesome as i told to do some modifications to one of the employee named GURJIT and she made it exactly according to my taste i really liked the service. Gurjit is very welcoming and always seen smiling while taking orders.
Today I was at Tim’s on Scott road and 80th with my grandson. I got in the long line up to the door because I wanted Tim bits as well as coffee. But I changed my mind and went to the express line for coffee. Only one person in front of me. Perfect, or so I thought! That long line I was in earlier was done before anyone took my order! What is the sense of having an Express line for coffee when we have to wait just as long or longer than the regular line just for one coffee?? You need to have one person handling just the express line. Then I got to my car and realized I never got my change. I paid $3 for a $2.55 coffee. Went back in and after a while I got my change. Went back to my car and looked at my change, she short changed me! Really?? I wasn’t about to go back in for 10 cents. My husband gets coffee at Tim’s every day and it’s usually wrong, like getting a double double when he asked for black or regular. He would watch the girl make his coffee and set it down (not in front of him) and starts serving the next person! He asked if he could please have his coffee before she served the next person. These people need to be trained properly. That is the last time I go to the express line! Ridiculous!!

Was there yesterday morning and there was a cleaning red box on the counter where they serve coffee and food for pickup that is not at all health safety. A red box full of dirty water and cloth in it and when I ask there employee to remove it she just completely ignores me and when I repeat it again she said ok and didn’t take any action. Very upset
