I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The employee simran was very friendly, polite, and helpful. My order was taken quickly, and served me with a smile. Even during busy hours, she stayed calm and professional. The service was fast, and everything was fresh and well prepared. I really appreciate the good customer service and will definitely visit again.

Update: I’m a regular here and customer service is usually a hit or miss, but this morning was bad because I got a wrong order and it’s hard to get the attention of the staff. They will just ignore you esp when they’re busy. Ordering at the kiosk also takes longer than ordering at the counter, might as well just line up. Also, a small regular coffee takes about 20 minutes wait with 5 staff just walking around, disorganized and rude when asked about your order.

One of the worst Tim’s location. Staff seem so unprofessional. We ordered one garlic bread which should be quick as it was ordered in store but it took them 10 minutes to start preparing it. Cleanliness was 0. Tables were ridiculously dirty. Girls were roaming here n there but didn’t bother to manage the place.
