Update: I’m a regular here and customer service is usually a hit or miss, but this morning was bad because I got a wrong order and it’s hard to get the attention of the staff. They will just ignore you esp when they’re busy. Ordering at the kiosk also takes longer than ordering at the counter, might as well just line up.
Also, a small regular coffee takes about 20 minutes wait with 5 staff just walking around, disorganized and rude when asked about your order.

Low staff need more worker
One of the worst Tim’s location. Staff seem so unprofessional. We ordered one garlic bread which should be quick as it was ordered in store but it took them 10 minutes to start preparing it. Cleanliness was 0. Tables were ridiculously dirty. Girls were roaming here n there but didn’t bother to manage the place.

Service is too slow . Even there is no one at store but the staff is continuously talking with each other instead of making food . I had waited for around 10-12 min only for bagel and croissant but 3 staff members are gossiping.

It was 1.00 pm on December 18, 2024. There was a long line up for ordering food or coffee. 4 associates were in the restaurant and only one counter was working. Looks like staff was testing patience of customers in the line up. Don’t have respect for others time.

The quality and service of Tim's is really going down day by day. The 3 employees who were tending the location each mentioned that they had no clue where stuff was. I was standing on the corner that indicated Mobile order pick up, but the staff said that mobile order pick up was actually on the opposite end, which had no indication of that.

I always have a great experience whenever I visit Tim Hortons, and it’s largely thanks to Rajveer! She is incredibly friendly, efficient, and always greets customers with a warm smile.
