This is far by the best morning crew in the lower mainland. Raj, Ranjit, Rajpal and Isba are the best. Great ladies, great customer service, fast, efficient and always smiling regardless of how busy it is. I go out of my way to come to this location. Keep up the great work.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a positive experience .They were friendly, quick, and made my order correctly. However, I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than expected. Overall, the staff did a good job, and I’d suggest keeping up the great service while focusing on improving speed during peak hours.Amazing!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. When I arrived, the employees were busy chatting with each other, and I had to wait a long time just to place my order at the counter. Even when one of the employees noticed me, it still took an unreasonable amount of time for them to come over and take my order.
To make matters worse, the employee didn't bother to apologize for the delay, and the interaction lacked any friendliness or professionalism. It felt like my presence as a customer was an inconvenience to them.
This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. The employees clearly need better training in customer service skills to ensure a more pleasant and efficient experience for customers. I hope the management takes note and addresses these issues promptly.

Went to this Tim Hortons and ofcourse as usual all the workers are just standing around talking and laughing with one another as we’re waiting at the cash register. No lineup inside and no one at the drive through, yet you can’t acknowledge the ONE or TWO customers in your restaurant? The worker comes to the register and says “namaste ma’am, how can I help you”. Which we were taken back by. We spoke back in English and she gave us a dirty look when we did which costed us to wait 15 minutes for two bowls to be made. AGAIN no one was in the restaurant except for one other person who ordered a donut and coffee. Then she left our order at the front and didnt even tell us that it was ready. This is just unprofessional and businesses really need to train their staff properly or hire better workers because this is ridiculous. Entire staff at this location is a such a joke.

Tim's chilli tastes the same at every store I go to, except here. I couldn't finish two mouthfuls and I am not a picky eater. Nasty!
The girl worked is very very rude don't know how to treat i also worked at tim hortans nut don't treat guests like that way i know u are doing graveyard but have some respect towards guest... Not visit again. And this happend just now dec 22,graveyard please tell them to have some respect 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Went on December 14th 9:15pm, the man at the window lied to us and said the oven wasn’t working due to a power outage when the store had power. We don’t appreciate being lied to. He was purposely not taking orders because it would start his timer so he was making people wait forever to place their order resulting in most customers leaving (including us). Very disappointed with the lack of integrity displayed by this individual.
