The dirtiest and worst service in all of Vancouver!! All staff speaking in Punjabi to each other and standing around instead of cleaning any tables or serving customers! This franchise owners of this Tim Hortons restaurant are terrible and should have never been allowed to get this !!!! It’s a disgrace to the reputation of the franchise and they are disgusting!!! No training and staff talk about customers in front of them!!! Bathrooms are filthy and unsafe!!! Stay away from this one everyone! I will put on tik tok and you tube as well as insta! An older an asked for his table to be cleaned cause it was so so dirty and they treated him like dirt! This is the customer service industry and these people just sell stale week old food on top of the mountain of evidence!!!

What happened to customer service? Just went through your drive through, pulled up to the window and the gentleman just passed the debit machine to me, I tap it does not take, he then just shoved the machine back at me. The final time it does beep he takes machine back in, hands me my coffee then turns to face other staff to chit chat. Not one single word was uttered by this staff member, no Hello, no sorry could you try and tap again, no thank you have a nice day!! Even through all of that I remained the better person and said thank you, but for what? You took my money and gave zero customer service!! Get someone in front of your clientele that has some personality skills!
