Ordered Choclate dip donut and they gave me another one, this happened so many times. It’s hard to go inside the store when you already drove out of the premises. I always go for drive thru and they are in too rush to let you go , you cannot even check your order and let them at the window.

Worst tim hortons ever!!!! Waited 10 mins in drive thru and then they charged me the wrong price and after showing them the offer price , their reply was super rude and said that we can’t do anything in this , and I showed them the offer terms as well but still they charged me extra money and gave worst quality food anyone can give.

I visit this location almost everyday, the staff is really friendly and nice. When ever I walk in all the staff member say hi to me every time, even if they are busy they come up to me ask how I’m doing. Moreover, most of them even remember my order. Would highly recommend this store, it’s really clean, staff is friendly and speed of service is really fast. ❤️
