Hi, My experience at this Tim Horton is wonderful. The employees are quite hardworking and friendly here. They provide good customer service even though store is very busy . They do not get frustrated and handle their customers politely.

Well it's busy time of the day, but nobody have to wait for 30 minutes for just 1 coffee. While the front service people were taking and preparing orders the other people on the floor just filling up sauces instead of clearing line up.

You can always trust Timmy's for great food and drink. The staff do their best to keep tables and the whole restaurant clean, but it is difficult when they are very busy and some people treat their finished meal like, don't worry, someone will clean it instead of lazy me! I do wish the supplier companies would do a better job of labelling disposables as recyclable and or compostable.

Overall, the service is consistently very good, with the exception of our experiences with Anjali. Unfortunately, she frequently gets our order wrong, which suggests a lack of attention to detail or perhaps not fully listening to customers.
While the long-time staff members are clearly dedicated and hardworking, Anjali often appears disengaged—frequently on her phone or standing idle while others manage a busy line. When she does assist, her pace is noticeably slower, which adds strain to the rest of the team.

She listened carefully, apologized for the inconvenience, and kindly offered to compensate me for the mix-up.
