I ordered a croissant….. It was good in taste but the girl who gave me the croissant was very rude. First of all, she didn’t announced it, after that I asked if it is a croissant or something else…. but she slammed it on counter as I said something wrong to her. REALLY STUPID SERVICE. Sincere staff is needed. #Dissapointed!!!

I went in the morning, the lobby was busy as well as drive through. The lady at the counter was friendly and my order which included croissant and steeped tea came so fast and fresh.
Vegetarian options: They have veggie loaded wrap
Parking: This location has its own ample parking as well as you can use save on food parking too

Not sure what happened to the Tim Hortons franchise but they need to hire people who are not just from one ethnic group. Food, service, every thing has gone down hill. Ordered 2 Ice Capps and its milk and sugar… it’s not icy either.

Really really poor customer service at the drive thru this morning. Drove to drive thru to get an order and the lady employee didn't hear what I ordered at the speaker and start to say: an everything bagel of WHAT? Relax it’s just a bagel you know… don’t need to yell & talk rude like that with the customer. Such a good start to get a coffee but not a good start for starting my day! I knew lots of better Tims and serve better than that but this one I am sorry I pass. Next!

I visited Tim Hortons at 12:41 PM and ordered Timbits. I noticed that the employee didn’t changed her gloves while engaging with the cash register and the screen. However, she did not change her gloves before directly handling my food, nor did she use tissue paper or any other hygienic measure. When I pointed this out to her, she responded by saying that I did not mention it at the time she was handling the food.
I believe it is not my responsibility to ensure proper hygiene protocols are followed. As a health-conscious customer, I was concerned by the lack of attention to hygiene, which I feel reflects poorly on customer service and food safety practices.

Very average. It’s nothing special. Wish that Tim Hortons didn’t get rid of the grilled cheese sandwich because it was very good. They replaced it with their horrible overpriced pizza that is so small.
