Ordered two lattes this morning, both taste like water with stuff at bottom. They couldn’t understand the order, nor make the order right. Same place has a couple of young men working in drive thru that provide a service that is day and night compared to what you usually get here. Today was the breaking point, please put these people out of their misery, they can’t make any coffee, let alone understand what the order is. It is a business, not a mystery shop where you have to hope your coffee is decent enough.

Visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru last Friday and Salman served me. Easily one of the better experiences I’ve had at this location. He took the order quickly, repeated it clearly, and the pickup was smooth with zero mistakes. Efficient, polite, and actually paying attention. If more staff worked like Salman, the drive-thru would run way better.

Really bad experience!!
I was at the drive thru and specifically requested not to add certain substances which I’m allergic to. But they still added it and when I confirmed with them at the window, the lady told me that we have customised it as per your request.
But no nothing was customised. Please let the employees know to take the allergy requests seriously!!
Customers shouldn’t have to point out that the eating area needs to be cleaned

Wonderful experience on that Tim hortons always very good ambience at night I gave orders of 3 large biscoff lattes a boy at the front was very sweet his name salam or whatever he was very welcoming he took our order and made three drinks with the smile on his face the best location always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently ordered egg farmer wrap. It was disgusting they give me old egg and hash brown. Before ordering i confirm with the girl do you fresh one right one still they give garbage food . When i took fist bites I relished its too old .
