Yesterday I went to this place almost at 10 pm when it’s their closing time and I had to buy a 20 gift cards and the girl name under Sandeep she was so nice and helped me at their closing time with a smiling face. She gave me a great customer service I really appreciate her work. Thank you!!

I’ve tried to give this location another chance but nothing changes here. The speed of service here is so slow. If there are 3 or 4 people in line it will be a minimum 15 min wait to order and then another 10 minute wait to get your order. I waited as i watched the girl take 10 minutes to make 4 steeped teas for the guy ahead of me. The employees here work at a snails pace and always seem so disorganized. Poor management obviously as no one seems to care to improve things. Oh well there’s lots of options around you to get a coffee and food. Won’t bother giving this place another chance.
