Yesterday I went to this place almost at 10 pm when it’s their closing time and I had to buy a 20 gift cards and the girl name under Sandeep she was so nice and helped me at their closing time with a smiling face. She gave me a great customer service I really appreciate her work. Thank you!!

I’ve tried to give this location another chance but nothing changes here. The speed of service here is so slow. If there are 3 or 4 people in line it will be a minimum 15 min wait to order and then another 10 minute wait to get your order. I waited as i watched the girl take 10 minutes to make 4 steeped teas for the guy ahead of me. The employees here work at a snails pace and always seem so disorganized. Poor management obviously as no one seems to care to improve things. Oh well there’s lots of options around you to get a coffee and food. Won’t bother giving this place another chance.

It was made and served with near plain water (it was not a sparkling water)
I drank about 1/3 of it and just threw it away

Ive been to other Tim Hortons and I've seen how good of care and service they put in. It was surprising to me how terrible this Tim Hortons is. I stop by here once in a while and more often then not they get my drink order wrong. I can clearly taste that it's wrong too. But they will try and pull the wool over your eyes and say that it's correct, even if it's written on the lid that it's not the amount of sugar or cream I ordered. I drink the same drink almost daily, you can't fool me.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in all of Canada. If there was an award for it, this store would hands down win it. If your coffee or steeped tea is anything but a double double, 9 times out of 10 they will make it wrong. They use to just remake it but now they've employed the tactic of saying "I wrote DD on your cup by mistake, it's the right order" even though you can clearly taste there is way more sugar in the drink than you asked for. Ordering a wrap or sandwich? Itll either be drowned in sauce or the sauce is only on half the wrap or sandwich. And the staff couldn't care less. Maybe because they're understaffed, or overworked? Or maybe they are unhappy and really hate working here? But if this store was getting lots of business you'd think they'd have better quality and care in the service and food they provide.

I am from ottawa I visited this store on several occasions with my friends when i visited white rock. Every time i go i feel like i am at home. The quality of service is always amazing. Food and drinks are always hot and fresh,staff is amazing especially sharan always cheerful
