This location does not have a drive thru. Staff are all over the place due to long lineups. I noticed the drinks are around 80% full now as opposed to full to the top how they used to be.Parking: Lot is shared with Earls and other shops. It's often difficult to find a parking spot after 11am.

Zero standard of service. Ordered 2 regular coffee which was absolutely cold. When ask to change it, they just added hot water to make it warm. An absolute disrespect to Tim Hortons.

During a post season hockey game on a Saturday night in Canada I was at hortons ajoining is Wendy's back to back tvswendys had the contest on but their parlor was full I park d myself and asked for the game be on oh we can't do that ,my response was does any of you behind this display have any idea who Tim was .a baseball player the manager said ....I lost it I educated the whole establishment as to who the Legend was and finished the lesson with its Saturday night in Canada ... Poor Canada Mr .Cherry may be abrasive but he know our game well the whole is diluted with ignorants ..two thumbs down
