First time in a very long time to go to a Tim Hortons. Disappointing, got in line, waited, cashier just disgusted and started working on orders. No, I'll be right with you, nothing. 5 muns passed, tried to wave her down, she decided to just not look my way anymore. A lady in a different colored shirt came, she ignored me as well. A older lady and her granddaughter(i assumed) got in line. So now we're all waiting. Minutes later someone opens the other line and takes THEIR order and then the light on the line I'm standing is off. So, I get in the other line. Tried to explain to the young man what happened, nope, he's clueless. Food was good. But probably because we were hungry. Dining area needed some attention. Men's restroom was disgusting, per my husband. Women's need attention as well. Definitely NOT the Tim Horton's I remembered from 20 years ago. Now I'm actually missing KK!

Haven’t ever had a good experience here, last time I was there they gave me the wrong change, no one there even knows how to count cash, they just shove a machine into your face. I had to drive back to get the change they missed and they didn’t even offer me a free coffee or anything for my troubles or mistake. This time I went through they gave me a half portion of wedges, I asked if this was normal because the container was half full and they said yes…..you could as least make the container full, no sense of customer service……terrible service

Just been here one of the worst tim hortons ever. I was left unattender for 10 min. moreover i asked for extra herb and garlic cream cheese those idiot didnt put anything in my bagle. moreover the attitude of the employes was also very rude.
