Hello, I bought some stuff from this timhorton this morning. The cashier ( I don’t recall the name, but I believe Samanpreet) was very professional and had good attitude and went above and beyond to help me. I was very pleased with her service.

This is one of my most favorite Tim's to go for coffee and a snack. It is always clean and they are frequently cleaning the floors and tables. There are no wobbly tables, worn out chairs or things that need repair. I've seen some that desperately need a make over or maintenance day......No this spot, oh and the staff is really outstanding, always met with a smile.

I just bought 30 mins ago cheese tea biscuits toasted & buttered. I heard Tim Hortons bake fresh but our tea biscuits were dry and hard on the edges. We are really disappointed.

The clowns that work(I use the term work loosely)here should go back to the ? ...they said they forgot to make my bagel???? They have one job! Completely useless. After a year of avoiding this Timmy's I thought it might change....After ordering we sat in the parking lot waiting for our food and I got a cold squashed bagel, see pic below. Clearly nothing has changed!!!! Do not go here

I use the drive-thru twice per week around 7:00am. Sometimes you get the correct items you ordered and sometimes you don’t (but mostly don’t). Order a bagel with plain cream cheese, and you’ll get a little bit of herb and garlic mixed in and some bacon grease on the outside of the bagel or a bit of lettuce. I ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich and no sausage is in the sandwich. The staff taking the orders need to work on customer service as well. I feel like I’ve irritated them somehow by ordering with the “that’s it” after every item I order and rude tone once completing an order. Staff need to slow down, I can see it’s all about how fast they can push out orders to keep good numbers as they are all yelling at each other to hurry up. And when handing the orders to customers, it’s pretty much thrown at you. I can’t even put an item down beside me without another item being pushed at me or two separate items given to me in one pile. I’m not at all picky and if all of this happened once in a while, I wouldn’t care but this is the experience every single time. I could go else where, but sadly other Tim’s locations are like this as well.

My experience at drive thru for this specific location is terrible. The lady who was taking our order was yelling at us. I was so embarrassed to place my order. Even my order was not done yet, she said drive ahead while I was talking. Location was already closed for dine in and there was no car before or after us. If you can’t do customer service to single person properly, you should close this location. A person might get frustrated at work but that doesn’t allow you to start disrespecting your regular customers. It’s been 5-6 months it’s happening with me continuously. Management should look into this. Let’s be respectful towards people.

Jan 27,2024 10:40pm. Drive thru service is terrible. There were 2 girls. I explained my order 2-3 times but they made it wrong, even there were no cars behind me. I went back to drive thru and told them its wrong order but they were so rude and unprofessional.

I go to this Tim Hortons every morning for Coffee. Lately this tims has seen a major drop in customer service & Coffee quality.I’ve had burnt coffee my last 3 visits and had bad experiences at the drive thru window. There have been issues with their coffee lately, as this Tims used to be known for making the best coffee but its completely went downhill in the last few weeks
