I bought from here and they added $3 onto my bill for donations without my consent, and without asking me, i would have gladly payed for it if they would have actually asked me, but it deeply concerned me they seceretly added it… When i felt something was wrong i purposely said out loud to my boyfriend “i think they added a donation without my consent” i then saw the girl who took my order laugh while looking at me, and so i told her “hey maam, i believe yall added a donation without my consent” and she passed me $3 dollars in change back, and the guy behind her looked annoyed at me for finding out..

I ordered crispy chicken wrap. The chicken was like a rock to chew and not even warm. My experience is getting worse at most of the Tim hortons franchisees in lower mainland from couple of years. Sometimes i prefer not to go to Tim hortons for food.
Its been 3years i have been visiting this location. I have seen a drastic growth in the service and friendliness of the staff. they r amazing and friendly. I hope will see his location more busier in coming years

Bunch of illiterate staff who are always in a rush for no reason and the attitude like they’re working at the Ritz Carlton . They charge for two espresso shots and split one into two coffees . Not going there again to pay for bath water 🤢🤮

I’ve been complaining about this but this issue is not being resolved. My coffee cup is never full, the level is just above half a cup. I am paying for a full cup not half a cup of coffee. Here is a picture of the large french vanilla I just bought through the drive-through.
