We had the worst customer service experience with the supervisor at this location, Kulvir. He consistently refuses to blend whipped topping into the Iced Capp. We visit this location daily, and every time he’s not on shift, we’re able to get it blended without any issues. However, whenever he’s working the evening shift, he refuses and claims it’s a new Tim Hortons policy that whipped topping can’t be blended. It’s frustrating and inconsistent.

Worst Tim horton, Came here beca this is the only one nearest to my work got croissant and hash browns and it was completely burnt before this had a freezing cold wrap from here, it wasn’t grilled. Feeling sad because nobody wants to spend money to get burnt stuff….🥲
