Poor quality in service and food.
They never cut their bagels in half and you get clumps of butter instead of it being spread. Manager could only say sorry sorry sorry but have no resolution to everything I described wrong.
This is a consistent occurrence but it’s the only one on my route to the office. The staff just rush you through like you’re on conveyor belt.
