This location is amazing. Restaurant look so clean. Its a perfect location to enjoy with family and friends. Kiosks are also available

Been going to this tim hortons since high-school it was good back then now its just terrible. Waited so long for my order, and they didn't even get my order right. Food was cold and old. Terrible!!
I noticed poor hygiene while a sandwich was being prepared. The staff member touched their nose and then continued making the sandwich . This is not acceptable and raises health concerns.

Everytime I use to come at this tim hortons, and the service i got is really outstanding. The staff working here is tooo friendly and the food quality is awesome. The environment here is too quiet. Neat and clean dining.

Every time I come here they find new innovative ways to bungle my regular coffee + standard single item order, which is equal parts entertaining and disappointing.

Ordered Cheese flatbread with extra jalapenos for 1.20 all i got is 8 jalapenos over my pizza also they made cheese flatbread and forgot to put jalapenos and when they saw they added over it each slice has 1 jalapenos I called the store about the issue then talked with 2 supervisors both with different openions one said we melted cheese over jalapenos other was like our standard is just 8 jalapenos for 1.20 and then she said acc to the standards we have to put jalapenos after melting cheese.
I asked other supervisor had different standards She replied we both have different standards.

Every single time I go to this Tim Hortons they make my coffee wrong. To the point I even tried to change my order to account for it (always WAY less cream and sugar then asked for)
My normal order is a triple triple however, for the last three visits because there’s never enough cream and sugar in my coffee, I’ve asked for a four sugar four cream - I literally see them type it into the computer because it comes up on the screen and then when I drive away and finally have my coffee, there’s like barely any cream in it or sugar.
Today they literally gave me four sugar one cream, and it says that on the top of my lid even though I saw it say 4x4 on the ordering screen.
They also don’t even bother asking if you have a points card or if you’re paying a different way other than by tap, they just shove the machine out the window. The second you get up there I use scan and pay through the Tim Hortons app, and she like rolled her eyes when I told her that.
I’ve been asking them for extra cream and sugar, so I can just fix it myself when I leave but every time lately they don’t have the little creamers and I carry sugar packets in my car for the simple fact that they can never make it right.

This Tim Hortons location has the worst service that I have ever experienced at a Tim Hortons. I ordered an ice capp from another location nearby and it tasted like the machine hasn't been properly cleaned so I came to this one with my friend to asked nicely for a replacement. They were so rude, rolling their eyes at us, telling us we're holding up the drive thru line. Eventually they replaced the ice capp but it still had a taste as if battery acid was in it. I never wrote a bad review for any place in my life, but this was genuinely such a horrible experience. I hope no one else ever receives such rude treatment from them again because it's just not acceptable.

Really terrible service. The manager and worker had such an attitude with me and my friend when all we were asking was to exchange the iced capp as it tasted like the machine ( which happens when the iced capp machine is not cleaned ). She started getting mad at us telling us we should have told them through the drive through system and not drove up to the window as were apparently “interrupting other customers”. Just overall really shitty service

I wanted to share some feedback about a recent interaction I had at Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
The staff member who assisted me appeared to be dismissive, with noticeable eye-rolling and an attitude that made me uncomfortable. When I brought this up, I was told, “That is how she talks,” which didn’t feel like an adequate response.
I believe all clients should feel welcomed and respected, and I hope this feedback can be used to ensure better service in the future. Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns.
