Disappointing experience,Ordered through the drive-thru and was told to expect a 6-minute wait. However, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes with no sign of my order. When I didn't receive it after the extended wait time, I had to go back through the drive-thru to inquire about my order, which was frustrating. It seemed like my order had been forgotten. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their service to match their wait time estimates.

I visit this place many times. Every time the food was cold. And they talked very rude and their gestures are like they don't need customers . They throw the food when we pick that.
I really appreciate the team members who provide the guest with excellent customer service. Specifically, the girl named Diya provides me with a amazing customer satisfaction and even helped me to clear my doubts.

They make the best iced capps here. Every other tims I go to in surrey is always a hit or miss cuz they add too much milk and there’s no coffee taste. But with this Tim hortans they never disappoint. Short and quick lines as well

Today's experience with a specific menu item not only deserves 5 stars, it deserves this review because the sausage & cheese & scrambled egg on croissant was ABSOLUTELY delicious 🤤🤤. Gotta try it!
Poor customer service. I ordered iced cap and the girl named Gurman had no smile no thank you, was very rude. Even the iced capp she gave me is worse just a little bit whipped cream and it was all liuqidy. Wasted money.

I used to go drive thru at this location .A mid aged lady on the window in the morning time always serve with rude face and she doesn't even say hi , or reply if I say hello. I Hate to see her pissed face. Looks like the staff was hired without the training. Very unprofessional.

I ordered crispy chicken cilantro lime loaded wrap with cheese. The chicken was cooked well and crispy also right amount of sauces added in the wrap. Was overall a good experience in Tims

Worst customer service
Employees have bad attitude no greetings and they give you attitude. if you guys are so done with your jobs then better sit home and don’t make customers day unpleasant by your useless service. specially the girls have attitude for no reason. Wish i could go below one star. Management should work on their Employees customer service

The place was very clean and they were super fast with my order. Harleen was the staff member who attended she was super sweet and kind.
Popped into Tim Hortons the other day for my usual double-double and a honey cruller. Gotta say, it hit the spot! The coffee was exactly what I needed to kickstart my day, and the donut? Forget about it! The staff were super chill too, which made the whole experience even better. If you're looking for a classic Canadian fix, this is the place.

Hi ,,please don’t visit this tim hortons ever.i ordered the food in drive thru and i paid 16 $ .and waiting for food in car for 20mins..first they said you didn’t ordered anything.then i said check the camera ..then they said we don’t have enough stuff to make your order..then i asked for refund then they refuse of refund..i show then my car camera video recording of drive thru order..they refuse to see the video..

I had a really bad experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff were rude and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. It felt like they had no interest in serving customers or even acknowledging them properly.
Not a single employee seemed to know how to handle orders professionally. There was no courtesy, no communication, and zero effort to make the experience even remotely pleasant.
If you care about good service, I’d recommend going to a different location. This one needs serious improvement in staff training and customer care
