I order just 1 tea at 8.45 pm They takes 20 minutes in drive thru when I ask them why you take that long then they said we are short of staff also she said they can’t serve me because I ask them why they take so long . It’s very respectful and hateful behaviour. She don’t know how to talk to customers and how can serve them . If you guys don’t know how to run your business then close it . Don’t insult people’s who can come to your store . We buy food that’s by you guys work there . Keep in your mind . This is worst tim Horton in Canada 👎🏼

Service is never good, coffee is even cold at these locations in Chilliwack! I remember and miss the fresh brew but that's progress under Trudeau.
This tim Hortons use to be my favourite. But , not anymore. They had garbage on both sides drive thru. Guess what they took them away, was super convenient to through your used cups of coffee. Hope someone buy them a new garbage disposal.

I could hold back this time normally the would missed up my bangle but I decided to not buy bagels at this location then I replaced it with natela croissant couple days later they told me the stopped making natela croissant which is not true anyway long story short today they sold me a frozen blueberry muffin it looks like they are not trashing the leftovers but frozen them for next day and sale them to people. Oh boy they are so stupid out side muffin wad warm inside of it was solid ice. Check the picture below

If I could give 0 I would, I ordered BELT that usually doesn't come with mayo and so I didnt specify this time but now that I didn't specify, it came with mayo hence I didn't get to eat breakfast cause of that mistake 😡
