If I could I would give this location a 0 star. Food is always so cold and made rushed. The coffee tastes horrible compared to other locations. This location also needs to improve their hygiene, I saw a staff member pick a plastic cup off the floor and she reused it for someone’s order. Avoid this location.

I went to order a coffee and a boy said they dont have that...after few minutes...i ordered same coffee using app..and i got that..when i asked for manager .... that same boy came to talk ...his excuse was not having enough protein milk...and they save rest of it for mobile orders....which clearly shows their priorities..and customer service...never going back..😡

Very bad customer service. No manners to the staff how to behave or speak. Whenever we order coffee or food from self-order kiosk, we only get coffee(always forgets the food). When we ask them for the food, they give the wrong one and when we encounter this mistake the staff shows their so called attitude. They should accept their mistake.
I mean do you guys dont see your order list!?? What is being ordered?? If you can see the coffee, can't you see the food ordered? Not once not twice it always happens. Staff, pay attention to your job or leave it. Many other people are unemployed there who can do better or get a training.
