I placed my order from the kiosk, firstly there was no dipping sauce in the bag and wedges were also cold and soggy. I ordered cold brew with Nutella and they handed me chai latte, when I said that it's not mine, she gave me a stare and said it is yours, not getting into argument I left because I was getting late for my class, even though she handed me the receipt, still she gave the wrong order and wasn't apologetic about it. I came back during the break and complained, but rather than making it up for their mistake she showed a very unpleasant attitude and said "Oh, it has been sitting here for such a long time".

I visited the Tim Hortons at KPU in the morning, and my experience with the staff was very disappointing. There were two people serving, one named Jashanpreet and another male staff member. Unfortunately, neither of them displayed any basic customer service or etiquette. Jashanpreet, in particular, was unfriendly and unprofessional, which really spoiled my mood for the day. I hope the staff at this location can receive better training on customer interactions to improve the experience for others.

I ordered a Nutella Cold Brew with whipped cream via the Mobile App and I had to wait so long. They don't even call you at all. When the line cleared up I came back and asked for my cold brew. The whipped cream looked melted and curdled and I was sick on the bus ride home. I think it's very hit or miss here.

I ordered online to save my time but when I reached to take my order I had to wait about 10 mints just for a coffee and wedges that's a lot of time. I agree that some times it takes time to prepare orders but when l reached they were just taking other customers and there orders were prepared quickly. When I asked one of the worker he just stared at me annoyingly and after I got my order they gave me soggy and cold wedges and no apology. Respect everyone time please.

Very Rude Staff. I asked for Ice coffee. But they provided me with brewed coffee. When I asked for a brewed coffee they asked me to pay extra. I was super clear when ordering first. Please hire experienced and decent workers. Moreover tim Hortons (owner) thinks that we have enough time to click the stupid link in the replies. the food isn't that decent too like some other branches.
