I ordered coffee and it’s was not delivered good enough I disappointed with my order

I always order same iced coffee but these guys never give me right drink and also last time when i bought coffee there was no any sugar even i mentioned that extra cane syrup and Today again they give me expired coffee which affect my health also.All and all this was a very disappointing experience and from today i will never buy anything from this Tim Horton.

This Tim Hortons is usually really busy, but the staff works efficiently to take orders and prepare food in a timely manner. This is in vast contrast to the UBC Tims near the Walter gage residence. Per my previous review, my boyfriend and I waited an ungodly amount of time for a bagel and breakfast sandwich. For the amount of traffic they get, one would think they would prepare accordingly, like the KPU Tim’s has done. 5 stars all around!

The old guy that work there probably the manager there has no sense of talking to the customer. He is probably the rudest guy i have ever met. I know it is a rush time but it did not mean that someone can talk to the customer like that. After that i was waiting for the order and then i asked where it is then started looking for it and then i found it was there lying on the bench and the lady just blended it again and gave it no whipped topping on the top although I asked for it. TOXIC PEOPLE

I ordered an iced drink from this one (new?) employee, but they served it to me hot. I told the employee who took and also created my order, and he proceeded to convince me that he 'remembers my order' and I didn't order it iced, when I don't order my drinks any other way. Then he kept saying he charged me for the hot version of the drink (when it's literally the same price iced) and told me to go back in line and ask about my order. The service here is usually really nice but the guy that handled my order definitely needs more customer service training if this is how he handles incorrect orders and mistakes.

They don’t know how to say anything!How to explain , had a hearing issue. Need treatment! Specially the people on till don’t know how to take order. If student spend money to eat doesn’t mean they don’t have right to get what they want. Senseless staff .

The bald guy over there is too rude .. it gave me caramel latte and the caramel syrup was all around the cup and when i asked him to change the cup . He rolled his eyes …and its not the first time . He did this many times .. poor service.. if he dont want to work in a good manner just tell him not to work but dont ruin someone’s food .

If you want to do a mobile order and expect them to give you your food, forget about it. For mobile orders they keep them in some hidden area and walk away. So many times i have 30+ minutes not because my order wasnt ready but they wouldnt give it and u can call whomever u want for attention 90% of the time theyll ignore u unless its a trainee. Havent had such a bizarre issue in any tims anywhere

It would be very professional if this location would update the hours of operation. Website says open...they are not! Not even a sign posted that they are closed. No wonder people are tired of Tim Hortons.
