Very bad experience i came here 2 times both times they gave me wrong order..
I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for over four years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Yesterday, my husband and I visited because I was craving something specific, but unfortunately they were out of stock — which was completely understandable since they were likely busy.
We were about to leave and go somewhere else, but the Assistant Manager, Inder, helped us and honestly made our day. She was extremely polite and patient. Even though they didn’t have what we originally wanted, she didn’t rush us or make us feel like we should leave. Instead, she kindly suggested a few alternatives and explained them really well.
Because of her helpful attitude, respectful tone, and great customer service, we ended up purchasing a few other items. It wasn’t about the amount we spent — it was about the respect and care she showed us. I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness.
I told her I would leave a review because she genuinely deserves recognition. In over four years of visiting this location, I’ve never been disappointed, and yesterday’s experience proved why I keep coming back.

If you like waiting 15 minutes for a cold coffee and a bagel that tastes like cardboard and wnet to drive thru pulled out from drivethru just for coffee and they said somewill come and give to you but no one comes out we have to go to get the order that’s really bad customer service, Easily the worst Tim Hortons visit I’ve ever had. 0 customer service and food

Worst experience with the staff they don’t even bother about anyone
This is worst they guys let cars keep in window for half an hour just for one coffee edu tn bai bnda gurdware ja k pee lvee ohtee jldi mil jndia ehne slow workers working like jive jaan hi ni hundi hathaan ch they are not quite busy but they are wasting people time I don’t know why happens on tims everytime

I visit this Tim Hortons almost daily, but the in-store service has become very slow. We have to wait a long time just to place an order, and even after ordering, they take a lot of time to prepare the food and drinks. Staff does not seem organized, and customers are left standing for too long.
I hope the management improves the service speed and customer experience because this location has a lot of potential but needs better efficiency.

I come to this Tim Hortons regularly around 11:20–11:30 almost every day. Today, the supervisor, Rajdeep, was at the window, and her customer service was extremely disappointing. She didn’t greet me or say a single word—she just stuck her hand out the window to hand me my food. I tried to ask for salt and pepper for my sandwich, but I had to wait until she opened the window again, and when she did, she was rude and seemed annoyed that I even asked.
If someone doesn’t want to work in customer service or can’t greet customers properly, they shouldn’t be in that position—especially not as a supervisor. It’s unfair to customers who have done nothing wrong. I don’t understand how someone with poor customer service skills and limited English communication skills was put in charge. Please do better. I’ve never had a problem at this tim’s until she worked at the window and this isn’t racism because i myself am indian saying this.

Terrible attitude to take order at drive thru. Evethough there was no one behind me they didn't take the complete order. I threw both the coffee as they dont know how to make it. I am sure not coming to this location again.
