I mobile ordered ready for pick up by the time I arrived. It was busy and gave benefit of the doubt. I waited half an hour for my order before following up. I went up to the counter to confirm if they have received my order only to check their machine which looked like there were other unfulfilled orders ahead of me. What’s the point of order ahead? I understand it’s busy, however, waiting almost an hour for my order of two flatbread pizzas and an extra large hot chocolate is ridiculous and a waste of my time. Oh well, it’s not like I had anything better to do today. Call me out for being passive aggressive, don’t tell me I’m being unreasonable.

By far one of the absolute worst Tim Hortons I have been to in a while. I don't know how you can screw up a coffee, which all you do is work with coffee everyday.
Also really sad that its empty in the store and I still had to wait like 3 or for cars, as 4 people are working on drive thru rather than help a customer in the store waiting... Anyways I was writing this review and the service is garbage normally they call you up to get your drink but they put on the counter, neglecting to properly put the coffee lid on as if I didn't notice it I would have just picked up the coffee and had it spill on me.. thanks guys but don't worry, I'll clean the drips and mess off your serving counter for you...

I came there for bagel at 11pm nothing was available there I asked for wrap then they excused that they don’t have rice then I asked for pizza then they don’t have breads. I got so frustrated very bad experience girl was so rude very bad service need to learn some etiquettes. Mc Donald’s is far far far better than Tim Hortons.

This was just now from this Timmy’s using reusable tray, spilled all over my vehicle. I will take my vehicle now to the car wash as the milk would stink the car. Please do not reuse these trays as they are broken. I know you guys are trying to save money but for us customers, it would cost a lot for these spills to remediate. On the Summer season, it would really stink the car. Kindly please be mindful , thank you very much.

I have very bad experience of this tim coffee and food i am going at night i am order a coffee like chai tea or regular coffee they made like only the water they treat a customer like we are animals please take care of employees they do nothing they just complete there hours.

Ordered a flatbread at the drive through, was told to "park out front" and they'll bring it to me. Waited outside for several minutes, finally went in and my cold flatbread was sitting there, I had to ask for it. What's the point of having a drive through if we have to go in and get it ourselves anway? Flatbread was subpar, was tossed together quickly with no care. Boo!

The customer service experience was very nice. There was a girl named Rajdeep, she served me food in very nice way ever I ordered veg wrap and I noticed she changed the gloves although i did not tell to change. I was so impressed with her customer service.
