I’ve been a regular customer, but today’s experience has completely changed that. I placed a mobile order well in advance, expecting a quick pickup as is standard at other chains (Starbucks, A&W, Subway, etc.). Instead, I walked into a chaotic scene: a long lineup for mobile order pickups, no visible organization, no status board, and no clear process.

When I politely asked staff about my order (which had been ready for a while), I was met with unnecessary hostility from another customer who believed mobile pickups should follow the physical queue — defeating the entire purpose of pre-ordering.

This isn’t just a one-off inconvenience; it’s a system failure. Mobile ordering is supposed to save time, not create new bottlenecks and social friction. Until this is addressed — with proper signage, order status visibility, and staff procedures — I won’t be returning.

I truly hope Tim Hortons takes this feedback seriously and brings their mobile experience up to par with other major chains.

Coffee not fresh

Placed an online order for the first time today (Saturday, around 3:15 pm) and didn’t know where the pick up counter was. I waited for the counter for 5-7 minutes and tried to talk to the guy at front and one other female employee, completely ignored me. I mean how much time does it take to attend a customer that’s clearly trying to talk to you and tell them to come to the other side. disappointed. Although the indian girl who gave me the coffee was nice, listened and apologized

An okay spot for a quick coffee, especially since it's open 24/7. The service and atmosphere are decent, but the location can feel uncomfortable at times due to the presence of homeless people and drug activity, especially in the mornings and late at night. Still, convenient if you’re just grabbing something on the go.

Today, Joanna took my order, I asked onside butter but she denied. I said you can charge me for that. She said no we cannot give it. The way she ordered so rude please teach some manners to satisfy the customer.

Awful customer service. Staff members are incredibly rude and incompetent. They want to grab onto your money and don't understand the phrase "I want a refund" after 5 times asking for it.
