Black lady working on 1 dec at 10:25 didnt say hi or hello and was really rude. No customer service at all and was rolling her eyes. Management need to train her better.

Online orders have to wait 10 minutes and always coffee came out cold 3 out of 5 times
tasteless like water and sugar only . The staff is better than most of Tim’s.

We got there at 10:45, she already had the front door Li and came running over to the other door and yelled at us we are closed! I said you don't close for 15 min, we have come a long way, there were more then just me and my friend, there were several people thrown off by her absolute rudeness

Why does this location hide napkins and coffee cup sleeves? I shouldn’t have to ask for them. Napkins like any other sane restaurant are provided with your food. And your coffee is piping hot so put a sleeve on them.

Today was my first visit to this place, and it was a wonderful experience. The morning staff were friendly, efficient, and very understanding. A special thanks to Jensen (If I am spelling correctly) for being exceptionally sweet and helpful. She prepared my coffee right away when I mentioned I had to catch my next bus. I truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service! ☕✨
