Placed an online order for the first time today (Saturday, around 3:15 pm) and didn’t know where the pick up counter was. I waited for the counter for 5-7 minutes and tried to talk to the guy at front and one other female employee, completely ignored me. I mean how much time does it take to attend a customer that’s clearly trying to talk to you and tell them to come to the other side. disappointed. Although the indian girl who gave me the coffee was nice, listened and apologized

An okay spot for a quick coffee, especially since it's open 24/7. The service and atmosphere are decent, but the location can feel uncomfortable at times due to the presence of homeless people and drug activity, especially in the mornings and late at night. Still, convenient if you’re just grabbing something on the go.
Today, Joanna took my order, I asked onside butter but she denied. I said you can charge me for that. She said no we cannot give it. The way she ordered so rude please teach some manners to satisfy the customer.

Awful customer service. Staff members are incredibly rude and incompetent. They want to grab onto your money and don't understand the phrase "I want a refund" after 5 times asking for it.

This gets a 5 star compared to other Tim's, I stop by a bunch for work and this one every morning I'm here my order is done fast, the staff are polite and efficient, usually a table to grab, and the make the food we'll. Some places I stop by can't even make a bagel. Always glad when I work by this area.
Despite the long line-up, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything moved. The staff at Tim Hortons King George Station did a great job managing the crowd efficiently. My daughter will be thrilled to have fresh doughnuts to share with her friends. Great service and kudos to the team! This is my favourite Tim Hortons store.

Its a 4 star for service but 0 for food, ordered a drink which wasn't served right for 3 times in a row and then a worker poured syrup in the cup in front of my eyes that was dead thick ( rotten ) and hopefully there was a good guy working who prepared me a new one.(with the same syrup though) be careful guys

Ordered a Large Iced Capp, and a Roast Beef Craveable. Iced Capp was perfect, and the sandwich was also good, though the bread was toasted more than usual. The place looked clean overall, but one table was very dirty. Guest service was good, being sure I was the correct person for the mobile order
