Coffee tastes like the Tims from when I was a kid and not the watery slop we get now. Every Tims should be like this place

I’ve had repeated bad experiences at this Tim Hortons location. Almost every time I order a French Vanilla, they give me a Double Double instead. Today was especially frustrating—I waited around 35 minutes in the drive-thru, and they still got my order wrong. They also gave me a burnt croissant. I really like Tim Hortons, but this location needs to improve its service and accuracy. Very disappointed.

Such poor service. I went this morning through the drive through my total was $5.75 so I gave two $5 bills. The worker says "it's $5.75 where's the $.75?" I had told her I gave her the two bills and she responds with "no bro you didn't.". After she checked she realized she was holding both and rudely responds with "my bad bro take your food". I had mentioned that the way she spoke was unprofessional and she starts to argue. Tim Hortons doesn't know how to train their staff on professionalism and it shows. She was awfully rude and I asked her to double check the cash which she didn't even both to double check. Wish I could give no stars for this location because they don't know how to operate and respect customers.

Worst Tim Hortons ever visited,order two croissants with chipotle.Croissants were over heated and there was no chipotle ,no plain cream cheese.Payment machine’s keypad doesn’t work.I had to wait like 20 minutes even there was no rush in the store.I recommend you not to visit this Tim Hortons.

Kathleen is one of the worst people I have met in customer service. The fellow infront of me was trying to order. She asks him how long hes been here 3 times. Then looks right past him and says I can help you he doesn't know English. I said um no i will help him and assisted him with his order. This is racist and discriminatory. No one in customer service or anywhere should speak like this. When I asked other employees what her name was they asked me why?
They said dont mind her she's just joking. I said this is not a joke. This is rude and uncalled for. She should be reprimanded for this behavior.

I order chocolate dip donut , bacon belt and coffee they gave things together and all the chocolate stuck with the paper because of heat from other food ,now their is no point to eat its like worst service im not going back there

I used to dislike this location because of the staff being rude and rushing everything, BUT the past 3 times I've come through the drive thru, it's been great. It is a high traffic location but recently they're managing it superbly.
