Every time coffee from this location is garbage. I have got triple triple from this location 5 times now a few months apart every time. It's just black coffee with 1 cream and no sugar. Every single time, their coffee is disappointing. It's just surprising that even with this many 1-star rating for this place, tim's not doing anything. Don't go here. Just look at side by side picture of triple triple coffee. The darker one is from this garbage location.

Please teach your employees how to do customer service and if they made mistakes with drinks give them proper training how to handle situations and simply they can just said sorry but your employees they just don’t care tones of times I visited this location because it very close to my workplace but most of times I get disappoint please give them proper training ?

I ordered three cups of coffee and 2 homestyle biscuits toasted with butter on the side via drive through. This was on May 19 sometime between 2 PM and 4 PM.I checked if they punched in the butter on the side in the screen and they did not before I was asked to come to the window.When I went into the window, they said that they only had one homestyle biscuit. They asked if they could sub with english muffin. I told them to give me a cheese tea biscuit instead.At this time, a man took over instead of the lady that was attending to me until that point.He had no idea what I had ordered. He handed me one coffee instead of the three that I had ordered.I politely reminded him that I ordered three and asked for a tray. He then handed me three coffees on a tray.He handed me the biscuits. I forgot to check if they added the butter. I went home and found out that they did not.Tim Hortons staff in most drive through locations have the following problems:1. They do not punch in the entire order in the screen so that the customer can doublecheck.2. They do not ask the customer to doublecheck the order before they ask them to come to the window.3. They do not check if they have stock when they take the order.4. They do not provide receipts by default to the customer or even ask the customer if they would like the receipt. This is incase of problems so that the customer can leave a complaint.5. If they change shifts, they do not get updated on customer orders that are in progress.Please make changes to the ways you approach customer orders in the above four aspects because this can avoid complaints and make the staff more efficient at coordinating orders.

I am thoroughly disappointed with location, they charge for a cup of water, didn't know this was a thing. Secondly the coffee tasted off. My background I drink 2 coffees a day and I know my coffee.my rating is poster afet about 10 visits in total. I will not be going to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just came back from this location - drive thru cashier had an active bleeding cold sore - after taking payment, she proceeded to wipe the sore with her thumb, leaving blood on her thumb and then use the same hands to put cups in the drinks tray. Not happy.

The drive Thur is fast , almost too fast at the cost of customer service. If you go inside , they are at a slow pace and customer service is shown here. Overall I do enjoy this place over the other local ones .

Very poor service! Customers are waiting forever for their orders. I asked 3 crews for a napkin and all just replied “wait a second”. Another customer was needing help and all crew seem to be avoiding him.

Terrible service and quality of food. For example, first sausage wrap without a hashbrown had just a hashbrown in it and nothing else. Next wrap had eggshells in it and no one had anything to say about it. Will not be returning to this location
