This is the absolute WORST location!!!! Not only do they not have a drive thru, but the waits are stupid long, as if they did!!! (When all the staff focuses on drive thru orders!) There were 8 employees working in the back, and not 1 of them were taking orders! There were about 7 people in the lineup before anyone decided to take orders! I had placed a mobile order before Igot there thinking that it would be ready fairly quickly.....not at all! It took exactly 17 minutes to get my 1 breakfast item, (which I had asked to be made fresh) Because of the extremely long wait, I was expecting a fresh breakfast wrap, since I had told someone after waiting 5 minutes to talk to him-instead, I got 1 that had cold parts, and the egg tasted like rubber!!! It was a little disappointing, tbh, but Im not willing to wait another 15 minutes for a new 1! If you like REALLY slow service, then this is the location for you! Otherwise, avoid them at ALL COST!!!!

Worst TIM HORTONS ever.. I went there I had order ice coffee and wedges form them! I was waiting for my order for more than 20 mints.. they were ignoring me and when I asked them what happen they stated to talk In rude language.. there was a girl whose name in MUSKAN I wish she would get fire she don’t how the basic manner and they end up giving me refund not my order.. never gonna visit TIM HORTONS.. fire that girl Muskan
