I went there in the morning food was really bad i got jalapeño bagel that looks like it kept it from yesterday and i got potato wedges which looks like mashed potatoes

We ordered 3 iced coffees, but unfortunately, they were overloaded with sugar syrup and had barely any coffee flavor or kick. It tasted more like a sugary drink than actual coffee. Really disappointing for anyone who actually enjoys the taste of coffee.

they need to understand if they accidently made the wrong order its okay but fix it. do not lie to my face and say this is the order that i ordered. the cashier was mumbling with the food maker like its a joke and not so serious and i was wondering why it was taking so long for just 2 meals. if he made a mistake take an extra couple mins and make the right food. and it wasnt busy it was just 3 people in line. i didnt say anything i just grabbed the food and left. this happened a couple times already i was short and clear of what i wanted and its very simple pls do better. i wish and hope tim hortons dont end up like a mc donalds with bad reviews

I went to this tim Hortons and got the loaded egg box and pumpkin spice ice caps but the girl who took my order rushed me and my sister and sometimes I have trouble talking so being rushed isn't nice and they just guess my order I been going here since they open and the fell so far from then sometimes it's great and sometimes the workers are rude and rushing people and the place needs woork on being more clean there fly's and some tables aren't clean etc I love Tim Hortons and it's the closest I just wished they try to do better

No soups and wedges after 5 apparently. Friend goes an hour later and gets both. They just lie instead of saying they are out of food.
