I'm a regular at the Surrey central Tim Hortons every morning, and I gotta say, the place is always clean and the service is super fast, even during peak hours. The coffee is always hot, and shoutout to crew member Ria for providing great service and behavior. The staff is extremely polite and nice to everyone, and their energy is contagious. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons!

I really feel very bad this morning my morning start with really disappointed service i get from team member name RIA she is very rude with me 2 times i visit this store because this one near my house i already work on tim hortons on other location but i never rude like this you need to talk to her or convince her to give guest satisfaction because every customer pay for their everything not they provide us free meal so be polite with every customer

I got there just wanting a coffee and muffin simple and easy and the line was pretty much full and instead of two cashier's like it normally, the other is cleaning everything to the point that she was telling customers to move just to wipe the windows. Like is this necessary at this time when the line is full. Poor service for sure. Cause of it I couldn't order otherwise I would of missed my bus. Cleaning time should only be when it isn't that busy or have someone who isn't a cashier do it.

I ordered sea salted wedges today from your store, but I found a hair in them. Also, the wedges were overcooked and too hard to chew, so I couldn’t eat them. I’d appreciate it if you could look into this issue.

The girls working there was nice and professional. But I am here to complain about the food. I ordered the new turkey stack sandwich. There was barely any turkey on it. The stuffing was hard and everything was cold. Not worth $9. Only took a few bites and had to throw the rest away. Do not buy

I never get time to leave them a review, but honestly this location is not good. I almost go there every day to get Tims. Yesterday I ordered a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese—literally felt like I was eating a rock. Either it wasn’t fresh, or it was roasted way too much.
Today I ordered garlic bread, and out of nowhere it had a weird sweet taste at the base. On top of that, the garnishing and salt were so much that I had to throw away the middle part right then and there. It’s only out of compulsion that I go here, otherwise I’d never visit this location.

I’ve been visiting the Tim Hortons inside the Central City SkyTrain station every morning on my commute, and it’s become a highlight of my day — all because of Manpreet.
Since around August 2023, I’ve seen her take on a clear leadership role, and it’s made a noticeable difference. She runs the front with calm, professionalism, and genuine warmth, even during the busiest rush hours. The whole team operates smoothly when she’s there, and her energy sets a positive tone that customers can feel.
On top of that, Manpreet consistently makes the best bagels I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons — always perfectly double toasted with that satisfying New York-style crunch. It might seem like a small detail, but that extra care and consistency means a lot when you’re starting your day.

Too little choices of baked goods, workers talk to much to each other, sometimes there like 10 employees working at 1 time. The homeless guy outside who wears a jean jacket sits on a milk crate verbally abuses almost every customer and no one does anything about it. IM TIRED OF BEING VERBALLY ABUSED BY THE SAME HOMELESS MAN TODAY I SEEN AN EMPLOYEE GIVE HIM A FREE DRINK EVEN THOUGH HE WAS SCREAMING AND THREATENING ME I DONT FIND THIS FUNNY. IF THIS HOMELESS MAN IS ALLOWED TO BE IN FRONT OF THIS LOCATION EVERYDAY ABUSING YOUR CUSTOMERS ALL SUMMER AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I GUESS YOUR CUSTOMER'S WELL BEING ISNT IMPORTANT TO TIM HORTONS OR TO THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION.
