I want to give a 0 rating to this location in customer service. I am a regular customer there from a long but from last few months something is wrong with them the lady with mole on her face has no sense of customer service no politeness at all. Always mess up my order.
Fabulous Service. I go there daily and always get good service from staff. Special shoutout for PREET, always have energetic and postive vibe....

Rude staff and my order is wrong regularly, but that seems to be the new norm for Tim Hortons. I’d recommend visiting one of the many other coffee shops in the area

Workers are miserable and always messing up the simplest of orders. I’m pretty well off and don’t need the grief when it comes to a couple bucks for extra sauce they missed. I’m treated like a thief even though they’re the ones who messed up the order? This location is pathetic.

There’s no option for 0 star, otherwise I would have given that. Today I went at your location @12:00pm and ordered a chicken parmesan flatbread with ranch dipping on side. I waited around 30 minutes and went to the counter to ask how long it’s gonna take. There were 2 ladies working at that time and none of them knew I ordered something. They are asking me again and again that you ordered inside or from drive thru. Worst in service your employees doesn’t know how to talk to customers, and there was this tall lady at that time (oct 26th, 12:00pm). She then started making my order at 12:30pm and first gave me the order without the dipping and after that no sorries no apologies no concerns nothing. What is this behaviour. None of your employees know how to talk to someone. I need action to be taken this time.

I ordered wrap . Someone else took my order but the lady at the counter would make face as if it was my fault. I walked out without my order.
Infact i was a regular since last 6 months at this store but seeing today’s environment i would never wanna start my workday with encountering such hectic people. (Not all the staff is same)

Been here many times, at once I was regular customer to this Tim, every evening, but now its like once a week trip but anyways the guys used to work in evening were amazing one guy with turban along with other skinny guy, very polite and awesome service and never had complaint with the food quality as well. But now this place is nightmare, there is not a single time when they won't mess it up, you ask for something and they will give you something else, and if you complain they will keep insisting that you must have ordered it wrong there is no way they could go wrong about anything, if you are ordering same thing for years and years how could someone go wrong ordering c'mon. I have worked in food industry for many year, if I made a mistake I used to acknowledge it rather than pinning on the customer.

The team at this Tim Hortons location consistently provides exceptional service. The morning staff, in particular, demonstrate a positive attitude and deliver prompt service. Special recognition goes to Preet , she is always attentive, courteous, and polite.

I have to wait more than 5 minutes even just one person ahead of me. No wonder my order was messed up . I left my food there because I can’t wait more .
I wish I could give zero stars. Had to wait 30 min for a take 12 coffee box and they would not give me a receipt. To add insult to injury, the staff seemed to enjoy the fact they couldn't give a receipt and thought it quite funny. Just another reminder why I stopped going to Tim Hortons.
