I was with my husband and we ordered the food but they took a lot of time, staff was rude but when things escalated manager came up and apologized for the inconvenience and gave us free coffee for the time wasted. Manager was heartwarming and understanding, only because of her i am giving 5 stars otherwise you can guess. Thanks ishnoor👍🏼

I’ve been going to this place since i started my new job, it started off not bad. but when i got a drink that was made wrong and i politely asked them to remake it, mind you i was allergic to the drink i couldn’t drink it. they were soo beyond rude telling me they made it just fine and that they watched it made. was met with nothing but then rolling their eyes and pushing me along. today i get to the window and they don’t have the milk, shouldn’t they know that before i order? officially lost my business and put a very sour taste in my mouth. shame on you.

Well i often go to this tim hortins because it’s near to my work I always order Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl instead of they always give me the wrap instead of bowl i don’t why they do this every time
Just plain bad service. Even when I speak clearly they mess up my order. Its rough here. Just go further down the street lol

excellent customer service….store front staff is always smiling and treats you very friendly. i ordered a turkey bacon club and 2 potato wedges and a iced coffee and they got everything ready within a minute which was really impressive. gonna come back again .

I'm done at this restaurant. The coffee mocha is disgusting warm water. I've tried at different locations and the same thing, warm water. Absolutely robbing me. It's literally pouring my money down the drain. Both restaurants so poorly run in our neighborhoods. The workers should care more about the products they are preparing. I've seen other reviews here that are horrible experiences as well. Your General Manager is failing the owners and the brand. Shame it WAS a Canadian brand doing so well years ago. Check your things carefully before you pull away. Chances are, you'll have to go in to complain!! Now this is where the Owner,lol,posts his Copy and Paste, We are so sorry for your .... save the BS. Timmy's is now a horribly run restaurant chain with horrible customer care, Period. Bye Canadian Brand.
