I really like this place . Staff behaviour towards customers is very good as well as service is very fast . Most of times , I visit during lunch time . I always get great service . This is the best Tim hortens location , I have ever seen.

Been going everyday for a coffee am bagel before class and holy have I ever been let down double toasted now stands for not toasted and cold just had a bacon and egg English muffin and it wasn’t toasted at all people at the window don’t even say anything just ask for money and push you forward, bring back good service it’s easier. Continuing on this one absolutely shocked that I can go every day and yet to get my order correct if I didn’t only have the one option I can promise I wouldn’t be going. Bacon farmers wrap shouldn’t have a thumb print through the middle especially if it’s the wrong kind. Bangggg back at it again I mean I’m no genius but I feel like I can probably figure out 2 sugar 2 milk but I guess that’s to much to ask from the Tim Hortons window at 7:15am will try again later and see if the A-Team is in

I went to this Tim Hortons at 7:00 a.m. for two dozen donuts and was told they might not have enough. At 7 a.m., that’s not a surprise—that’s poor management.

I was sent to wait in the parking lot for “a couple of minutes” so fresh donuts could be made. The wait was over five minutes, showing this location was clearly unprepared during peak morning hours.

When I finally received my order, I paid $30 for two dozen donuts and got only three different varieties. No warning, no explanation, and no effort to provide a proper assortment.
For a brand that advertises speed and “Always Fresh,” this location delivers neither. Poor planning, poor execution, and a complete waste of time. I won’t be returning.

So incredibly frustrating when you order a simple meal, with simple instructions, with additional charges and don’t get what you ask for. This is the first time I’m ever leaving a review good or bad and it’s because im fed up. What im ordering: an everything bagel with extra butter. What im receiving 10 out of 10 times: an everything bagel dry with not even the regular amount of butter. This is ridiculous. I see why people prefer Starbucks now.

**Update: I popped in because I had a gift card from Christmas. It took 4 people to take my order. The first person started and then just walked away to fill donut boxes for someone else. It took three more people to actually order and when they fulfilled it I still was missing part of my order. The entire staff needs to be retrained. Every visit is the same level of service**This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to (which is a pretty low bar already). Unfortunately this one is near my work. I have to give my order multiple times to sometimes multiple people and the cashiers often don't seem very well trained. Frequent mistakes on orders. Anytime I have ordered ahead, it isn't ready when I arrive and I have to ask for it and they seem to not even have the order. Avoid this Tim Hortons!!!

I was with my husband and we ordered the food but they took a lot of time, staff was rude but when things escalated manager came up and apologized for the inconvenience and gave us free coffee for the time wasted. Manager was heartwarming and understanding, only because of her i am giving 5 stars otherwise you can guess. Thanks ishnoor👍🏼
