Fast service
excellent customer service….store front staff is always smiling and treats you very friendly. i ordered a turkey bacon club and 2 potato wedges and a iced coffee and they got everything ready within a minute which was really impressive. gonna come back again .
I'm done at this restaurant. The coffee mocha is disgusting warm water. I've tried at different locations and the same thing, warm water. Absolutely robbing me. It's literally pouring my money down the drain. Both restaurants so poorly run in our neighborhoods. The workers should care more about the products they are preparing. I've seen other reviews here that are horrible experiences as well. Your General Manager is failing the owners and the brand. Shame it WAS a Canadian brand doing so well years ago. Check your things carefully before you pull away. Chances are, you'll have to go in to complain!!

This is one of the most efficient Tim Hortons in the Lower Mainland. Quick service that gets the order right 98% of the time. Anytime I go to another Tim Horton’s I’m always wondering why they aren’t as good as the Port Kells location. Thanks for your efficiency & good service!
Noor is the best worker ever. She is the sweetest person ever, she always has the biggest smile on her face and is so friendly to customers. I would definitely recommend coming here for quality serves and food!
18 minutes to place order, then 7 minutes to get a large coffee, location is understaffed at 8.45 am
Can someone tell the new to Canada employees to put more effort when getting a mix of tidbits and actually mixing them not just being lazy af and grabbing 5 if one and 5 of another because it's too time consuming to simply mix like Canadians used to do? Man I miss old canada.
I want to give a 0 rating to this location in customer service. I am a regular customer there from a long but from last few months something is wrong with them the lady with mole on her face has no sense of customer service no politeness at all. Always mess up my order.

Rude staff and my order is wrong regularly, but that seems to be the new norm for Tim Hortons. I’d recommend visiting one of the many other coffee shops in the area

Workers are miserable and always messing up the simplest of orders. I’m pretty well off and don’t need the grief when it comes to a couple bucks for extra sauce they missed. I’m treated like a thief even though they’re the ones who messed up the order? This location is pathetic.

There’s no option for 0 star, otherwise I would have given that. Today I went at your location @12:00pm and ordered a chicken parmesan flatbread with ranch dipping on side. I waited around 30 minutes and went to the counter to ask how long it’s gonna take. There were 2 ladies working at that time and none of them knew I ordered something. They are asking me again and again that you ordered inside or from drive thru. Worst in service your employees doesn’t know how to talk to customers, and there was this tall lady at that time (oct 26th, 12:00pm). She then started making my order at 12:30pm and first gave me the order without the dipping and after that no sorries no apologies no concerns nothing. What is this behaviour. None of your employees know how to talk to someone. I need action to be taken this time.
