Tim's is my go to place. I don't care what anybody says, I still love their coffee and they do have pretty reasonably priced food.
Writing this comment , let management know that If you hire more employees like girl I saw yesterday REMPLLE . She makes my day . Her attention to detail and customer service were outstanding . There was big line-up on drive-thru . but she made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for top-notch service.

Worst customer service …. Not listening at drive thru speaker first and gave wrong order and when we went again still was very rude and did not feel like apologizing and were making faces.
I ordered two mocha iced capp and those were watery with no whipped cream on top. When i asked cashier she said they don’t have whipped cream and no one told me that at order taking. I had one more drink orange sparkling quencher- that was taste really bad. It was only sparkling water with little bit of orange base.
No one come here service is very bad

Outstanding Service by Dikshant and Shelly!
I had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Dikshant and Shelly! Both of them went above and beyond to make sure every customer felt welcome and taken care of. Dikshant was incredibly friendly, efficient, and had a great attitude that made the whole experience even better. Shelly was just as wonderful—super polite, warm, and attentive to every detail of my order.
It’s rare to come across such genuine and hardworking employees. They truly represent the best of what customer service should be. Keep up the fantastic work—you both made my day!

I ordered oreo ice capp just now. It was liquidy and not full of ice. I asked the drive thru employee if she can change it. She was very rude and said ‘am sorry” and closed the window on me. Her name is Kiran Gill on the badge. She could have said she can change it but I need to pay, I wouldn’t mind paying but she refused to make a new one. Employees should treat customers politely and should fulfil client’s request.

This Tim Horton is Garbage Waitingtime is too long Early morning between 4to 6 They take 15 to 20 minute in drive-through who are you have time to 15 to 20 minute waiting in line early morning. Staff are so rude if anybody have unlimited time they can go over here ???????

Today, I visited the store and ordered a medium French Vanilla. I asked if they had chocolate chunk cookies, and they said yes. So, I asked for three chocolate chunk cookies, and they confirmed. When I went to the window, they charged me and handed me my order. At the time, I didn’t check the bag because I assumed it would be correct.
However, when I got home, I saw that the cup wasn’t full, and they gave me the wrong cookies. I ordered three chocolate chunk cookies, but instead, I received one chocolate chunk cookie and two Oreo-stuffed cookies.
This is frustrating because I also work at Tim Hortons, so I know the importance of getting orders right. If they didn’t have three chocolate chunk cookies, they could have told me and offered an alternative, instead of giving me the wrong items.
I’m not sure how they’re being trained, but I believe the manager needs to address this. My morning was off to a great start, but this order mistake really ruined it.
Great place. You'll find great quality food here. Just be patient because it's a busy tim Horton.
