This is a worst tim Horton that i have ever Visited. First they don't customize any thing or do add-on. I ordered cheese but they were very stingy with cheese, they almost gave a me peice of bread with a little cheese on it. One last thing, the cashier wasn't good at job at all.

I placed pick up order today, wedges were fresh and the lady at window greeted with huge smile 😄 i believe it makes a huge impact and its first time i saw that at this place. I didn’t get her name maybe it was sahibpreet but i went though dt around 12:30ish.

Harjeet kaur the most unprofessional member , I have ever seen . She behave very rudely with customers and her customer service is zero . The management need to change thier employees and replace with that employees who has good customer service . Thanks

We ordered two steeped teas with 4 sugars and 2 creams each and specifically asked the staff to make sure it was made correctly. I even double-checked at the window before paying because almost every time I come to this drive-thru (especially around this hour), my order is wrong. I’d say 8 out of 10 times it’s not made properly.

When I confirmed the sugar and cream amounts, the employee assured me it was correct. Unfortunately, once again, it wasn’t. This isn’t a complicated order — it’s just steeped tea with specific sugar and cream. It’s frustrating to repeatedly have such a simple order made incorrectly.

I really hope management addresses the consistency issue at this location because customers shouldn’t have to double-check and still receive the wrong order.

Team member was very friendly .today was my son birthday 🎂 day a very special day for him we never went for free birthday meal or drinks he took me many places no one offered him any treats. He asked can we go to timhorton Tim Horton. My mention to her that today is his birthday is there anything he can get she asked me check on the app if there is any off I told her that he is trun 10 year old today he is under age to use the app she asked him what would you like he told him icecap. That was so nice of her . She made his day we went around 9:00 pm . I forgot get her name. I just want to thank her. We need people like her who understand.

i was at the drive thru
wanted to get biscoff croissant or donut but asked the girl attending me
her name was sukhjeet kaur
she clearly said no
i confirmed it twice
she denied again
then i went inside the store
there were 3 biscoff donuts in the showcase
when i politely asked the girl why did you denied while you have 3 donuts
she started giving excuses that they are not good to eat
then why didn't they throw it in the first place if they were not already over their shelf life as according to the employee
i was there at 3AM on december 10
so disappointing
