I ordered coffee and crossiant in the line and was waiting for my delivery. They gave me coffee and made me wait and was calling me to find out which till i ordered and made me waiting and finally never gave the crossiant. I even showed the bill on my cibc A/c .. such a bad customer service.

Hardly mobile order is taken care of at this location. Kept standing for 10 mins for small double double coffee. Staff is only busy in taking in store order and mobile orders are ignored n delayed.
What a joke of location. The area for the lineup is extremely narrow and the staff for the most part donât really seem to care about the customers. I was there around 5 PM and they had already run out of chicken. Are you kidding me? A Tim Hortons location running out of chicken at the beginning of dinner rush-hour? Again, another location that needs to give their heads a shake when it comes to the management.

I recently visited a Tim Hortons location where I had an unfortunate experience with an employee named Mherly, who appeared to be of Filipino descent. We accidentally placed our coffee order at the wrong location and, due to our work commitments, we couldn't leave the site to rectify the mistake. The store policy required us to call the location to change the order, but when we reached out for assistance, Mherly was unhelpful and displayed rudeness.
Her manner of communication was not professional; she used inappropriate language and seemed to disregard basic customer service etiquette. Furthermore, she spoke in her native language in a way that felt exclusive and disrespectful to us as customers. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the standard of customer service one would expect from Tim Hortons. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure better treatment for future customers.

I ordered a chai tea with 2 milk and 2 sugar from Tim Hortons, but when I finally received my drink after a long wait, there was neither sugar nor milk in it. It was really frustrating, especially after waiting so long for such a simple order. Tim Hortons needs to improve both the order accuracy and the wait times to keep customers satisfied.
Employees are very rude, don't know how to talk to the customers, me being a mall employee still being threaten by call the cops when i asked them to take my order a little quick. The person taking the order on Monday morning was so rude and unprofessional. They need to teach and train their people perfectly, so they don't show these kind of tantrums.
He even said that he would ban me because i was asking him to do his job in a good and effective manner, no offence, but that's not acceptable Tims.

I completed a survey while I was stood in the queue.
Yet the person at the register insisted that I was using an expired survey code? Like how dumb can you be? I was showing it to her that I just completed it and yet she wouldn't give me the Iced Coffee like I was trying to scam her off on a 2$ iced coffee, dumb staff and bad service.
