Skip this location if you can. Staff is extremely untrained and rude. Ellaine, one of their employees needs better training. She is rude and disrespectful.

Today I visit this location I noticed 1 of the food attendance/cashier chewing gum while serving customers, when I ask for manager, supervisor lied to me manager not here which I saw manager just walk into the office, when I explained situation to supervisor she speak to that employee in philippines language in front of me ,and the employee ask me what happen and I tell him you can't had chew gum while you serving customers, both supervisor and that employee didn't take it seriously, Tim Horton please audit that location and remind all employee follow the rules.

My experience at Tim Hortons was amazing, all the staff especially Ellaine and Kayla were hands on with bringing our drinks and food quickly even if the line up was long. This location has such an efficient service that's why we always get our morning coffees and breakfast here! Highly recommend coming to this location!!

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The staff on duty seemed disengaged and unprofessional throughout my visit. My order was taken without any greeting or eye contact, and when I asked a simple question about my drink, the response felt rushed and dismissive.

Additionally, the service was slow even though the store was not busy, and the overall attitude of the employees made the experience unpleasant. As a long-time Tim Hortons customer, I expect basic courtesy and consistency, but this visit fell far below those standards.

I hope management provides better training and supervision so customers can receive the service Tim Hortons is known for.

I made a mobile order for an Iced Capp. I waited for 20+ min for this simple order and found people who ordered ahead of me already got their items. When I went to the pick up area, I found my Iced Capp tucked away with my name written on it. It has already watered and melted that I might have just ordered a latte, not an Iced Capp. They didn’t bother calling my name, not even stating the item name so I was just waiting for 20+ min wasting my time, trying to not be frustrated thinking there was just a delay. Staff was rude and there was no apology. I guess a simple “sorry” was too much to ask.

The worst Tim Hortons location ever. I placed a mobile order and it turned out that they didn’t have the items I ordered. Then I ordered something else in store. I went back to check in five minutes later and then they said they do not have those items as well. Then I tried to order something else and they said they do not have that as well.
Poor communication and customer service.

“This used to be my favorite Tim Hortons, but my last visit was very disappointing. One staff member was so rude when I tried to clarify my order, which ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing treat. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back, but I hope service improves for others.”
