Racist and rude staff. Pathetic service. Coffee not fresh absolute low hygiene standards. The have flies on their donuts.
Mherly, Janice, Nicole, Analyn, Lorna, Elaine, and the whole crew are very nice and accommodating! They provide a great customer service experience! Will come back again!

I always come to Tim Hortons! I have a great experience with Mherly! She always provides outstanding service and she is very professional! She recognizes me when I come everyday and greet me by name! I would give her 10/10 for excellent customer service ☺️

I ordered coffee and crossiant in the line and was waiting for my delivery. They gave me coffee and made me wait and was calling me to find out which till i ordered and made me waiting and finally never gave the crossiant. I even showed the bill on my cibc A/c .. such a bad customer service.

Hardly mobile order is taken care of at this location. Kept standing for 10 mins for small double double coffee. Staff is only busy in taking in store order and mobile orders are ignored n delayed.
