Employee Ranjit is very welcoming and so nice to talk to everytime I visit this location whether its drive thru or at the front. She is always so kind and friendly and always makes the best veggie wrap for me as well as a fire latte. I highly recommend anyone to come here for an amazing morning meal + experience anyday.

They are sooooo rude. No hi, no thanks. Just ...ya... What you want. It's this much and then literally shoving the debut card machine into my car window and then shoving food into my car window when I'm not even ready to grab it because I'm putting my card away. It's honestly stressful going here. The whole speed thing is ridiculous. Treat your customers better instead. Also the food is disgusting. I'm so done with this chain restaurant.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Tim Hortons location. The staff consistently struggle to understand basic English, which makes placing even a simple order frustrating. As a result, my order was incorrect and included items we never asked for.

On top of that, they frequently run out of common food items because they don’t seem to manage their inventory properly. It’s unacceptable to visit a fast-food restaurant and be told—yet again—that multiple menu items are unavailable.

Between the poor communication, incorrect orders, and constant lack of food options, this location fails to meet even the most basic expectations. I won’t be returning unless there’s a significant improvement in training, customer service, and inventory management.
