This is the worst. I ordered a Baileys hot chocolate through delivery, and there’s oil floating on top. I also ordered whipped cream as a topping, but they didn’t include it. It feels like I’m drinking straight oil — it’s undrinkable.
I also ordered a hot chocolate muffin and a Nutella croissant, but they sent me two chocolate chip muffins instead.
This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. I’m guessing the staff don’t care about their customers at all.

I live Timmies ... The flatbread pizza, Harbs and Garlic bread and French Vanillla or Ice cafe in Summer .... Love the quality that they deliver at that price point.
