These "new hires" from a VERY specific Country, can't make coffee, can't follow instructions, can't even apply butter to bread. They don't use toilet paper, and they make your food. Enough said.

went into order two things, a pizza and a bagel. while the cashier was taking my order, in the middle of taking my order she went and helped someone else, got sidetracked from taking my order. My order consisted of a pepperoni pizza and bagel with cream cheese. I asked the cashier SHE had plain bagels, she said would go check and that when she got sidetracked to get someone's coffee, when she finally came back i had to repeat my bagel order at least 3 or 4 times before she went to go see what bagels were in stock and she asked if i wanted butter. i said to the cashier bagel with cream cheese and toasted. then after my order was complete she called me "Sir" and i said why are you misgendering me, im a female. so i asked to speak to the manager. spoke to a supervisor and she even said I don't have to come back. that's coming from the supervisor that was on shift. this is the worse customer service ever.

The place was modern yet cozy, and welcoming. Very clean and in good repair. Even the bathrooms were spotless. The staff were efficient and friendly, and the food was fresh. No complaints here.Parking: Very tight and difficult to get in and out of. No drive through. Perfect for having afternoon tea with a friend.

This Tim Hortons is an absolute joke. Ordered an Ice Cappuccino, and instead got a steaming cup of Hot Cappuccino shoved in my face by an African team member. When I rightfully pointed out his mistake, the clueless staff member had the nerve to argue with me, as if he knew my order better than I did! Even my friend had to step in to confirm my order for ice. And to top it off, I was forced to fork over more cash for the Ice Cappuccino I initially asked for. Even though so called manager came out to the counter and had absolute 000 idea how to deal a situation and asked me to pay again. I wish I could throw the extra cash on his face....Talk about incompetence and a complete lack of respect for customers. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they actually know how to get an order right.

Some random person stole my order and I had to wait like an extra 5 minutes to get my food. The drinks come in very fast though. I would prefer this more than Starbucks when I am in Canada.Vegetarian options: There need to be eggless and there should be no interaction with egg or meat, when vegetarian is ordered.

I went in with a telltims survey that I did at work(I work at Tim’s as well) and I gave it to the person taking my order and he took it. Then this tall, curly hair, white lady, (I am assuming) came saying this isn’t the correct code. I told her I literally did this at work so the code is correct but she started saying no it isn’t and she began being very rude. I told her I work at tims so i do these properly at work all the time and then she said to me very rudely that “go take your survey somewhere else.” This the type of people u guys got?? Telling me to go get my drink from a different place?? Good luck with sales lol. She was so rude for what and she even looked like she was a manager or some sort. I have encountered her before and she has never been friendly. She didn't even feel apologetic at all and if she is the manager then she is doing a terrible job. I work at tims as well and we never treat anyone the way she treated me. Pretty sure she started talking smack to her co-worker probably telling him not to take surveys because I have noticed that this location is always making a scene about taking surveys. You guys are refusing to take surveys that are literally meant to be used. Literally left feeling insulted. Learn to treat your customers right. Worst experience ever at a tim hortons!

I ordered via Uber eats… order is wrong. Check receipt and it is my correct order, so I know I didn’t make a mistake. I ordered a farmers breakfast sandwich, a plain bagel with butter, and an extra hash brown… Inside bag are three English muffins with egg.

Poor experience… The staff don’t even know how to deal with customers. I ordered coffee with food and they gave me coffee instantly but made me wait for 30 minutes for my food. They forget to give food to customers and if you try to communicate, they ignore you.
