Emplpoyees need better training to make latte..me and my friend ordered large latte and another one with oat milk. No taste and caffeine, just milk. Horrible ! Also need training on professional behaviour.

There is 15 min waiting we just ordered 3 coffee and I had to wait for 15 min just to order even though there was only 4 customers

Absolutely rude staff. They treat you as if you shouldn't have bothered them with your presence. They shout at each other constantly, so if you plan to work here, forget it and spend a loonie more on a better Starbucks instead. They don't recycle either, all the bins are garbage only.

The staff at this location are incredibly disrespectful and careless. They frequently get orders wrong, and their solution is to hand out markers for customers to write initials on cup lids because they constantly mix things up.

To make matters worse, if you mistakenly order steep tea, what you’ll receive is essentially hot water with 2 creams—completely undrinkable. Honestly, plain hot water would be better than what they serve!

This was the last straw for me; I’ll never visit this store again. Avoid this place if you value your time and money!

They always have long waits. No one answers drive thru unless they clear the person on window. You will usually see this around 1am to 4am. They are always short of serving food or drink. You are sent to work or home by saying “sorry”. Lineups at drive thru is major issuee. Totally dissatisfied with management and location.

Surrey has some really
Bad tim hortons but this one is the most pathetic. They have human robots working there never will hi, never will smile never will say sorry for everytime I have gone there it’s a minimum 15-25 minute wait at the drive through. Completely pathetic 👎🏾
