Consistently Wrong Orders and Unapologetic Staff - Avoid This Location! I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the Tim Hortons location. It seems that receiving the correct order here is a game of chance. Today was the last straw. I ordered chai lattevia the drive-thru. The order screen showed the correct items, but when I got to the window and checked the bag (something I'm forced to do every time now), I found I had been given a triple triple coffee. When I went inside to have the issue fixed, the staff member who took my order was not apologetic. Instead, she seemed annoyed that I brought it back and tried to argue that it was what I ordered, even though it was completely different. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. It's not that mistakes don't happen, but it's how they are handled that matters. This is a recurring issue. The order accuracy at this store is appalling, and the staff's attitude makes it even worse. I was in a rush and this mix-up made me late. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who expects to receive what they pay for the first time around. Do better, Tim Hortons.

The food was prepared well, the staff was friendly, but no seat in the place had a plug to charge my notebook. This is the only Tims where I couldn't find a place with power.

Been coming to this Tim Hortons pretty regularly love the fast and efficient service, friendly employees, and a special shout out to Baldip - Who took care of my order when I came in through the drive-through last night around 9:45 PM extremely sweet lady !

I went there today around 12:45 pm and the lady staff working at the counter was so polite and friendly. I normally dont get this kind of behavior from other locations and thats why I am taking time to put review. They are always very well behaved and shows the urge to help guests. I feel this location as really clean and today and well maintained. Management also does a good job in training their employees in a good way.

This place serves the best coffee in Surrey. All the tim hortons coffee taste different but I always get fresh coffee from here. Also the vibe at this location is commendable as the employees are well trained and they do greet guest and are always happy to help. The veggie wrap which I bought today was exceptional.

I noticed flies hovering over the food items, which was very unhygienic and concerning. This needs to be addressed immediately. Customers expect clean and safe food, so better cleanliness and care are required.
Visiting this tim horton for last 4 years Staff of every shift is very good and friendly Service and staff is too much good as compared to other tim hortons in surrey
