It's a great restaurant to recommend. The food there is nice and the service is warm and friendly. My friends and I love all the dishes there and the tons of their bubble tea.

Good food, lack of servers on a weekend. Clean ingredients, balanced meal set. Korean wings were definitely great. Chicken is lacking flavor but kimchi bbq pork was great. Will be back out get take out!!!

Their hotpots taste amazing, for a reasonable price too! Even as take-out, the food there is still pretty tasty. I am not a huge fan of their bubble tea, but I do highly recommend the Kimchi Tofun Pot! :)

It’s pretty bad. Flavour-wise, soups were fine. But they had nothing in them. I had the seafood hotpot, it had two VEINED shrimp, one mussel, udon, a quarter of a bokchoy, and some meat. All of that for $16, which is abysmal. The taiyaki is just two pieces of frozen puff pastry sandwiched together. Overall, its pretty bad value for the price.

I messaged Tofun Pot on Google Chat to inquire about their vegetarian dish and see if it can be made to fit my dietary restrictions (no onion and garlic). They responded within 45 minutes and ensured me it can be made without. A few days later, my friend and I went for brunch. We ordered their Vegetarian Tofu Pot (one mild and one medium spice). We asked for both to be made without onion and garlic. The waitress confirmed that there weren't any in that dish. The dish tasted great. The portion size was big, and the price was slightly more expensive than other bubble tea Asian restaurants I've been to. There was no service at all other than taking the order and bringing us the food. I felt quite full and bloated halfway through my meal, so I had to pack up the remainder of my meal. I skipped dinner as the unsettling feeling lasted all evening. I didn't think too much of it until I had the leftovers the next day and felt sick again. My friend does not have the same sensitivity as I do, so I asked her what she thought about the dish. She said it did taste a bit garlicy. That's when I realized it may have been the hot sauce. I reached out to Tofun Pot again on Google Chat to inquire about it that evening. Most restaurants that I've been to would go the extra mile and check their sauces, soup base, curry base, etc. for me, but I understand sauces could be an oversight. I should have also inquired about it myself beforehand. Hence, the purpose of reaching out to them was for clarification, so I can order the dish without spice next time. Unfortunately, I was left on 'read' twice. I waited a whole week before reaching out to them again today for a 3rd time. It's unfortunate it took them 8 days to respond. They responded and said their spicy powder does not contain onion and garlic. Overall, if you're in South Surrey, craving for some Asian Food, and don't have any sensitivities or allergies, you can give give Tofun Pot a try. I am giving them 1 star because of the lack of communication I had after eating at the restaurant. Leaving me on read just rubbed me the wrong way -- especially when they were so quick to respond the first time. I felt like they weren't being transparent and honest -- hence, ghosting me twice. I'm uncertain if there was cross contamination of some sort as it was the only meal I ate that day (felt disgustingly bloated all evening) and felt sick again when I had the leftovers the following day. Regardless, their customer service is lacking and not to my expectations. I hope there will be an improvement.

We had a filling and delicious meal at Tofun Pot. This is a good choice if you are looking for quick, simple, Korean bistro food. It is not fine cuisine; but Tofun serves the type of food their patrons want. The atmosphere did lose a star as we noted some spots where a good scrubbing is needed and some touching up to stay fresh. Otherwise, the food and service are spot on for this type of dining and they deserve a full five stars. We had three dishes with a couple of bowls of rice. The beef ribs were cooked perfectly, with a nice bit of char at the edges. Each piece was tender and juicy. The pork with kimchi was a delight as the sweetness passed to the astringent pickling of the kimchi in the mouth. The vegetable dish balanced the meat dishes and was cooked to that delicate balance of being perfectly cooked without becoming overly soft. We finished our meal with bubble tea to go and enjoyed the refreshing drink after a meal filled with such wonderful flavors. Service was very good. Our waitress was quick and helpful. The food was delivered quickly and she did check to ensure we enjoyed the food. She even produced scissors to help us cut the beef ribs into mouth size chunks. We were happy to leave a tip that reflected such thoughtful service to accompany the delicious meal. The one area for improvement would be detailed cleaning. The restaurant is kept operationally clean as customers pass through all day long. However, we did note some deep cleaning that may get overlooked in a busy place. Things like corners and napkin dispensers need daily attention so as not to attract the eye and diminish the confidence of the diners. However, these are small details and hardly a deal-breaker. I recommend Tofun Pot. We will be back for sure.

This was my first time to Tofun Pot, after a few hours in Ikea my wife, we were hungry and eager to try something new. After a quick google search we came across this place in South Surrey on our way home. My wife and I shared the Beef Bulgogi, Kimchi, Bibimbap and friend wings with house sauce. Let’s start with the Kimchi, I normally don’t like any sort of pickled cabbage but I will have to say this was a different experience, not so much sour but great rich flavour and serious crunch with a spicy after bite, for Kimchi lovers it won’t disappoint. Next up is the Beef Bulgogi, by far in my opinion the best part of todays experience. The Beef was spot on with flavour and with a little Sriracha it was the perfect taste. The egg and moist fluffy rice took it right over the finish line with first place. My wife favoured the Bibimbap, it came out piping hot and still sizzling in its bowl. The flavours were all there from top to bottom exactly as a good Bibimbap should be. Now finally the deep friend chicken wings. Bring napkins!! We went with the house sauce which tastes very similar to a ginger beef sauce. The wings are huge, very crispy and smothered in sauce, I would recommend if your a chicken wing lover. The decor was nice, what you would expect with Asian Fusion. The service I felt was lacking, it was very robotic and not overly friendly. Would I come back? Yes absolutely the food was outstanding giving Tofun Pot four stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Had the bubble tea , specifically , the grass jelly black tea... And i love it. The bubble tea is on the sweeter side but i got lots of sweet teeth so i didn't mind at all.

The food is good, but the service is non existent. Everytime I come here they give us our food and leave. If we need anything in between we have to get up and ask. They do not check in between or even take the dishes until you tell them. Ontop of that after paying today they told us we HAVE to tip when we didn't. What exactly am I tipping for if there is no service being done besides handing me my food? Was extremely uncomfortable. Not sure why I was being told I had to tip for being handed food with no service.

Such amazing food!! I got the vegetable udon off Uber eats and the portion sizes were incredible definitely filling, so many veggies and tofu. I also got the red bean and mochi taiyaki and omg it was soo amazing I haven’t had good taiyaki in so long !! Perfect food for when you’re feeling under the weather highly recommend!!

Ordered the spicy cheese chicken, was extremely disappointed. I waited over 25 min for this dish when there were not many customers there. When the dish arrived, I noticed there were large amounts of cheese which I did not mind but soon I found out the reason why there were abnormal amounts of cheese... There were 6 small pieces of chicken at best, and it's not fried. The rest were rice cakes and cabbages, using the cheese as camouflage. The dish itself is priced as a WHOLE chicken serving if you go to other Korean chicken restaurants. The serving for the chicken is 1/6 of that. I felt cheated, and not to mention it was very bland. I went home and had dinner, which says a lot about the portion size. There were no side dishes, I mean come on. There is nothing Korean about this restaurant, it has no identity as there were Japanese foods, Chinese bubble tea, and Korean foods...to which nothing is made authentically. Of course I'm not coming back.

Was looking for some good lunch! We went here after our visit to Crescent Beach. When we came into the parking lot, we were a bit concerned that there was no one parked let alone no one in the restaurant. But they say you don't know until you try! So we did! They have a wide variety of bubble teas and slushies. I was curious what mousse meant! We got the hotpots; I got kimchi and my parents got seafood. You have a choice in choosing a side of rice with vermicelli noodles or just udon noodles. The size of the hotpot was just right! We also got fruit tea and slushies. The fried chicken was gooooood! And not too bad of a price -- better than most of the chicken places (e.g. Korean) that range from $21-25 Canadian doll dollars. The chicken here for 12 pieces was around $19 Canadian. Loved this place and staff was attentive. Definitely attracts teens for fruit and bubble teas.

Food was okay but the wait time for food to be served will take more than 20 minutes. We had order the 6piece chicken it came just as we were paying ,and we only order bulgogi and chicken nuggets.

Much too salty and not many ingredients; you can see it's mostly clear soup. We ordered the kimchi and seafood hotpot but it is not flavourful at all.

The croissant taiyaki with mochi and taro filling is amazing!Have gotten bubble tea here a few times and it was good, but on the sweeter side.
