Ordered through Uber Eats and had to call, the girl on the phone was straight-up rude and useless. Zero professionalism, zero respect. If this is the kind of trash attitude they hire, no wonder the place is a disaster. Pathetic way to run a business.

I ordered through UBER and was seeing a 4.3 and ordered 2 Overloaded Pepperoni Pizzas and was shocked at how little there was on the pizza felt super lied to about a set of 2 OVERLOADED pizzas for $45, will never order from there again. It felt like I was robbed no joke.

I ordered large veggie pizza . Veggies were quite less . Seems like cheese pizza . Taste was ok . But this time u make me disappointed.

I have been a customer of top in town from the last 5 years, customer service at whalley is very bad. Didnt listen properly, bad attitude. Aipod on and was talking to somebody.

Asked for a mild spice level and medium on other two all three were ridiculously spicy, kids didnt eat, wife didnt eat, i stomached it but was sweating like crazyband tongue burning bad experience :(

Great spot for pizza! Sarb was amazing—quick, kind, and very helpful. Will be coming back!

Hello Top in Town, Last night I ordered veggie pizza from whalley blvd and I must say it wasnt according to your standards. It was cold as if it was a leftover pizza. Generally, your pizzas are very well prepared and quite tasty but this time it was disappointing. I even microwaved it but it still didnt improve. It was cold and not properly made. In the end, I had to throw it away and reorder pizza from another shop. You have been always great at service and therefore I would recommend to have a look in this matter else you may start losing your regular customers. Hope to have a better experience next time.
