Spent almost $30 on a bowl from here with steak and double meat, I received the lightest bowl I've ever gotten in my life with barely any toppings or steak. Skip this place completely, get chipotle or something else instead. These guys should be embarrassed for ripping off their customers.

Spent $800 on the 4 week weight loss program and gained weight instead of losing.. very disappointing as $800 is not cheap.. barely any check ins I do not recommend this program to anyone as I wasted my $ pretty much paid $800 to gain weight ...I've done weight loss programs in the past and had great results ..was considering going back to the last program I did but decided to go with your 4 week weight loss program...biggest regret.. not happy

Maybe avoid the avocadoes? Unfortunate. They have awesome reviews. I order an avocado add on to my bowl. For $3. I only got 4 small pieces and it tasted horribly, very bitter. When I called asking for an amend (be it to void it for my next order or offer an exchange) they only made excuses about it not being their fault.. yes, it's just $3, but customer service is extremely important in the service industry.

Went online to check for prices for a party of 10. Large wraps state that they are $11.25, upon arriving to the store to confirm the prices, the girl tells me that it’s not updated to the newer prices. I showed her their online menu that viewed “updated one day ago”. The girl proceeded to deny the price check despite me showing the proof on their website. She then told me that it was different prices in store vs ordering online. It didn’t make sense and seemed kind of suspicious overcharging people when the menu was updated a day ago and not being honoured.

I ordered some Thor wraps. It tasted off but only a few hours later I start feeling sick and spent the night throwing up. Pretty pathetic they’re selling expired food.

Update November 2024: I have been ordering meal prep for a while and while I usually pick up at the Fleetwood location, the variety and quality of meals has been excellent and there is an option to make almost anything vegetarian. The food is always fresh when I pick it up and it makes my week so much easier.
Stopped in for a quick lunch had the billy wrap with the veggie option and a mango smoothie. Wrap was very tasty and generously sized and I really enjoyed the smoothie. I did not see the mango/ coconut smoothie on the online menu so perhaps it’s only available to order in person. None the less it was delicious lunch. I would definitely return.
I ordered green Monkey and the God father wrap here and absolutely loved the taste. Prachi and shivani were super friendly and made my order in time.

I bulk ordered a bunch of meals and every item so far has been delicious. Food is fresh and perfectly seasoned. I've tried other meal prep companies and Training Day Cafe is by far the best all around. All communication has been fantastic and I really appreciate the variety and nutritional information on their website. Ordering was a breeze and pick up was easy as well. Will definitely be ordering again in the future!! :)

Today it was second time, they served me expired carbs, it was really bad. Next time I’m gonna take action. At least check before serving if the food is good or not.
